I visited this location as I normally go to the location in the hualapai Albertsons but was in the area so I said why not? H U G E difference in service and quality of goods. I ordered a caramel crunch frap with chocolate drizzle, it was SOUR! In my mind I figured something in the beverage went bad and I'd just get it remade. I asked for a cookie crunch frap, same thing. I ask the employee to make a small one and taste it and she insist that it's supposed to taste like that. I get the same thing made the same way every time. I'm not sure if she was new but I simply got a refund and decided not to visit this location again.

Today I walked in and before I went shopping stopped by the Starbucks, I was immediately greater by a friendly smile and a hello from Jinger. She then asked what she could make for me, and me being difficult because my order usually is because of my pickyiness she got my drink perfect and if you want a perfect dry cappuccino with cinnamon, then Jinger is the one to go too. She finished with a smile and have nice day.

Located in Albertsons. Nice location with great staff. They are always quick with my drinks and always taste great.It’s right inside the main door so not much of a hassle and beats the lines you normally wait for with Starbucks.

Everyone here are always so friendly and accommodating.Going to an actual stand-alone location just feels like every other Starbucks, but this Albertsons location feels like seeing friends in your neighborhood.I highly recommend this location. ???
Starbucks offers a variety of delicious drinks. It has both indoor and outdoor seating available. There is usually a line of cars in the drive-thru lane. This location is a very popular place. I will definitely return to this store in the future.

I don’t necessarily come here for the coffee. If it was just about the drink, I could easily hit the drive through in the same parking lot. I stop, park, and walk into Albertsons because of the people. Laci, Deia, Maddy, and Nadine are always there with a smile on their face to brighten your day while you get your caffeine fix. I’ll never hit the drive through as long as they are working here!

Barista left a sign saying "getting milk". We have no idea when she left but we waited 20 mins (from 6:35 to 6:55) and when she finally returned (with no milk of course), she had a sour attitude and offered no apology.Register said Nadine, but the girl was not in uniform, nor wearing a name tag so it is difficult to verify.Job abandonment or poor customer service? Take your pick Starbucks.
