Have purchased 3 bags of Guatemala coffee. My favorite. Have requested 3 times for the beans to be ground the same grind as the ground coffee they sell on the shelves. I have wasted 3 bags of my favorite coffee as it was terrible. Contacted Starbucks corporate and requested the same information.I have been contacted twice, by bots ea time clearly as not only have they not answered a very simple question, but have both requested my Starbucks card #, copy of receipt and store #.I haven't used a Starbucks card (didn't mention it in my original email) or a receipt, let alone getting reimbursed.All I want is to be able to tell whoever's behind the counter the right grind to grind the beans, so I don't ruin another bag of coffee...Looks like I'm going to have to find ground Guatemala somewhere else...

I visited this location as I normally go to the location in the hualapai Albertsons but was in the area so I said why not? H U G E difference in service and quality of goods. I ordered a caramel crunch frap with chocolate drizzle, it was SOUR! In my mind I figured something in the beverage went bad and I'd just get it remade. I asked for a cookie crunch frap, same thing. I ask the employee to make a small one and taste it and she insist that it's supposed to taste like that. I get the same thing made the same way every time. I'm not sure if she was new but I simply got a refund and decided not to visit this location again.

Located inside Albertsons on Farm Road, this Starbucks typically only has a solo barista working in the mornings, which means a slight wait as they have to take orders and then make their drinks before getting to the next customer. It's definitely a lot quieter than the actual Starbucks location across the parking lot, and there's often only 1 or 2 other customers here. If it's the afternoon or evening, there's often nobody at all!You can pay with your Starbucks app here, however, you cannot redeem rewards points since it's a franchised location. If you shop at Albertsons and have a For U rewards account, keep an eye out for Starbucks coupons that you can load onto your card. Once in a while, they'll have a $1 off any Stabucks beverage! Simply load it to your card and enter your phone number when buying your drink!

Stood directly at the counter for WELL over 10 mins before "Fabian" decided to even acknowledge me. It wasn't until he heard the fourth person in line behind me ask if this was the line that he even acknowledged that people were waiting. The additional lady that was behind the counter didn't even look up once. She had her back turned to us the whole time. For drink and cup prices to be going up, Starbucks should definitely hire more enthusiastic and customer friendly associates. I'll definitely start going to the MAIN Starbucks in the same parking lot.

The people there are so friendly! My favorite barista is named jinger always smiling even when lines are long. I love her super cool retro hairdo its like carmela soprano is making my coffee. They always refill my water bottle and suggest new drinks to try. Love em.

Jinger was so sweet and incredibly creative! She custom made me a delicious Frappuccino when they were out of the pumpkin for my usual Frappuccino. Was very kind and helpful. Made my day so much better will definitely be back !

Super friendly staff! They were also fast and didn't mess up my birthday order, which had all sorts of complicated requests. Hehe. And they have a drive through so I didn't have to get out of the car. Will be back here!!

Today I walked in and before I went shopping stopped by the Starbucks, I was immediately greater by a friendly smile and a hello from Jinger. She then asked what she could make for me, and me being difficult because my order usually is because of my pickyiness she got my drink perfect and if you want a perfect dry cappuccino with cinnamon, then Jinger is the one to go too. She finished with a smile and have nice day.
