The other morning I stopped by this location for my usual venti caramel frape with two extra shots, but they forgot the shots and the visit felt rushed as usual. I came back later that night after a horrible day at work and had the BEST experience! The staff was incredibly kind and took the time to help me properly. They even gave me a cookie! I don’t remember the names of the other two girls, but I do remember Dacks—they were amazing!

Just wondering why the doors are locked @ 5:30pm & I'm told I have to wait in the drive thru line for my pick up order? No heads up or signs? I order ahead because I DO NOT want to wait in line! This is why I go to Dutch or Dunkin now. Starbucks is just not worth the agitation any more!!

If you are out if any kind of milk just say so no need to replace. People can tell the diffrence with almond, whole milk and oat milk.
All the workers there are very rude, they see you standing there and don’t even acknowledge you

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've been traveling on these buses for hours and it's hot. I went into Starbucks to order some ice water and was told that I have to a make a purchase in order to get ice water. That has got to be the most dumbest the most stupidest thing I ever heard. This company is more concerned about money than they are about the well being of people. I don't understand people here in Vegas they think they're in Los Angeles. You're in the middle of the damn desert. Its hot. People pass out from heat strokes. I've passed out 3 times from a heat stroke. It's ridiculous how money hungry people have become
