Hours posted online and on door is 430 am. I ordered online and was there at 435 am. The guy that finally shows up to work at 445am tells me that it it will be even later till they open.. I told him I ordered online how do I cancel this order.. he told me to go to a different store or I just have to do it myself! Seriously! He said it has been a hectic night, well guess what so has mine since my husband was in The hospital that I needed to get back too.. I was so mad that I emailed corporate right away and I got refunded! I will never go back there again! I will go to dutch bros where I am treated awesome and never disrespected! 😡

Pulled up for cake pops and pumpkin spice frappes. Unfortunately they ran out of the raccoon ones before I got there this afternoon. But they had the pink ones which satisfied the need. Nice and courteous staff. I love using my app for purchases and rewards.

Don’t be fooled. This location is drive thru only. I came specifically to sit inside and checked Google first to be sure. It is connected to a Cricket Mobile and grab and go only !
This is the worse location. Do not order from here. They always get the order wrong, I got my food cold out of the fridge/freezer. When called to complain they said they would cover my next visit and leave a note for the staff. When I went for my next visit days later the staff didn’t know what I was talking about and made me pay for my food AGAIN!! Won’t be coming back even tho it’s on my way to work. Piss poor service

Should really have signage outside as well as updated information online to say that this location is drive thru online. Forcing people to walk up to the drive thru window is putting people at undue risk when so close to such busy streets.

This is my stop almost every morning and I do have to say everyone is super super super nice Especially Victoria ? she puts a smile on my face as soon as I drive up or walk in Always so welcoming and love that she knows I get a venti ice water before I even ask for it. Keep up the good work guys
