The staff here are very rude and extremely lazy. The coffee tastes like water. Don't spend your money or time here.

Was waiting in line, 5 people ahead of us probably 5 more behind. Group ahead of us let their friends come in thru the exit, when they were ordering, cashier just let it happen, so now 5 or 6 more drink orders ahead of us. Unacceptable, I guess NY NY Starbucks didn't our $$. We just walked out.

Not really a Starbucks. A lot more expensive than normal Starbucks and you can’t use your rewards.

Rude Staff and Poor Service
I had a bad experience at the Starbucks in New York-New York Hotel. The staff were rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Really disappointing, I won’t be coming back.

Worst Starbucks experience, we ever had. Cashier name Mimi is so rude. Starbucks cashier usually repeats all the orders before paying with a smile. That's how I got used to it. But this server has an attitude and is so rude. We asked her why our bill is like that so we asked if she could repeat the order in a very nice way, and she smirk on us and tell her Manager "oh they want to know why it's $91.74" she laughed she smirk we got offended we ignored that rudeness she gave us. So I have to call the manager to ask if they properly trained all their associates she said yes and told me maybe because of her accent. I said, "Excuse me, but I have an accent too but I don't talk to people like that, and she smirks on us like so rude it's so early in the morning. This Starbucks outlet needs to have a good manager who can train her associates properly and not mingle with the cashier while the cashier is getting our order. This place is always busy because it's inside the NYNY hotel. Everyone should be served fairly because everyone is paying the right amount they ordered. Please train your associates properly!

Purchases at this place do not add to the Starbucks points balance unless you have your account loaded and pay with it.
Empty stations with sugar.
Also Cappuccino was extremely hot.
