The food is okay but they are always out of stock on something. I used to go in the morning but the two ladies with the black aprons just stand around talking and being on their phones. The lady with the red hair is always moody and looks like she doesn't want to be there. I went there once or twice in the afternoon and the ladies are much nicer. If you want to have a good experience, skip the morning and go later in the day. The sitting area could be cleaner.

The older lady that works here (think she’s the supervisor) is very rude, not welcoming, looks like she hates her job and answers very poor whenever you ask for something. Customer service is just terrible, she needs to get a different job, the drinks taste water down (latte), just don’t come to this location.

Ordered a pralines latte (was tasty) and some food. Told them don’t heat the bakery items and they did. Asked to change the items they kinda had an attitude (when it indicates not warmed).
