I came at 7:15 pm for a drink since I work graveyard and they said they were closed… but it says they close at 8pm online. Upset.

Dear Starbucks on Durango I love to buy a $7 dollar cup of coffee PLUS TIP and drive away only to take a sip and it taste like crap. How hard is it? It's coffee. Not rocket science. P.S You really should have friendlier people work the drive thru.

Ordered a pralines latte (was tasty) and some food. Told them don’t heat the bakery items and they did. Asked to change the items they kinda had an attitude (when it indicates not warmed).

What? Got the cough? Sore throat? Shopping at your favorite Smith? Hidden menu you can get your tea here at Starbucks. You got to ask them for the Medicine Ball. Medicine Balls are the bomb! Okay I don't know how to address why they have the three stars at this location. The staff I met today are stellar people. The lounge area in this place is pretty cool. The only thing missing and would be awesome if they had a big screen TV :) that would be cool. Thanks to the Starbucks Staff!! -Abe- 11/20

I find myself here more often than I'd like to admit. But its a nice spot to get out of the home office and work from for a few with a good drink in hand paired with a snack. This is one of the few I walk in and can expect someone to greet me when I come in and at the register. It's a little thing but it's appreciated. All the drinks they've made for me have come out just the way I like them. And I'm sure with how polite the staff is if something was off they'd correct it for me. They still have outlets at this location so plug in and enjoy.

Alyssa is great and very welcoming..Im a first time mom so I be all over the place..So I decided to stop at Starbucks after grocery shopping..A lil slice of me time ...lol But anyway Alyssa made me a delicious drink..I don't know if she was just doing her job or she saw I needed a little pick me up..I truly appreciate her giving me great customer service
