Am I really supposed to support a business the has a huge LGTBTQ+- flag inside? Not coming here anymore. Starbucks needs to stop this nonsense indoctrination. I come here for a cup of coffee, not sexuality. Boycott.

I come here in the morning, quite often on my way up to babysit my grandkids in Old Town. What I like best is when I pull up and the line is wrapped around the building and clear out into the parking lot It always moves really fast! When did Starbucks drop their prices? I don’t know when it happened, but it did. I am definitely not complaining! The barista is here are always super friendly too!

Starbucks is Starbucks... You know what you're gonna get. The best thing about this specific place is the people that work here. They make the experience that much better than any other Starbucks I have ever been to.

I just ordered an iced caramel macchiato with heavy cream at this location, only to receive nothing but heavy cream. This is the second time this has happened, and it’s quite disappointing, especially considering the $8 price tag. I won’t be returning back. Not worth it!

Instead of shutting off mobile ordering where you pick up inside they allow you to put it in show up to a sign on the door saying inside closed for maintenance and then make you sit in the long drive through line to get what you ordered and paid for. Had the doors locked but the employee was bringing drinks to a friend outside so was able to speak to someone. Otherwise would have had no idea I had to go to the drive through. Which had an incredibly long line. Due to the inside being closed for maintenance you don’t find this out until you arrive. Instead of having one of the many employees inside bring drinks to the door they simply say sorry go to the drive through. When I asked for a refund they said call or stop in tomorrow we won’t refund you today. Best thing was to either turn off mobile ordering or turn off mobile ordering with the pick up inside option. Poor management, employees with bad attitudes and no care for the value of customers time.

Incredibly rude employees at the drive thru. They’re always laughing and being unprofessional on the microphone. When I got to the window I was given the wrong drink and told “You said Coffee not Latte, next time say Latte” in the snarkiest way. I did say Latte but maybe next time don’t be playing around when you should be doing your job and maybe you would’ve heard me say Latte. I have never usually have bad experiences with Starbucks but this specific location has really gone downhill and I hope management and corporate can train these employees better. They seriously need retraining and need to learn a bit of professionalism.
I love this Starbucks, except for the large mirrors on the wall. They reflect your laptop screen, and I don't feel comfortable with others being able to see what I'm browsing.
Do not go to this Starbucks! Chai Tea Latte tasted like water. Manager didn’t have any feelings about it.

I pulled up to the drive thru and the order taker kept giggling asking me to repeat my order over and over again as if she couldn't understand me (all while laughing) When I pulled up to the window, the young girl appeared to be sleeping with her head laying in hands and her eyes closed. Unfortunately this is not the 1st time I've experienced such weird unprofessionalism at this location. Last week I heard the cashier making fun of a colored quest comparing him to an animal. I have the video and will be sending it to corporate. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
This location doesn't care about their staff or their customers. Only care about a profit. They speak highly about being family oriented but can care less about the health of their employees. Quick to fire someone for getting sick even when they tried their best to come in even when sick. I mean, truth be told, what kind of food establishment would want their employees to come to work sick? This place is disgusting
Always a solid stop—friendly baristas, cozy atmosphere, and my coffee is always just right. Great place to take a quick break or get a little work done.
Been coming to this location for about a year. It’s a busy location just like all other Starbucks but last couple of weeks seems to be significantly slower, unorganized and unavailable items.
The best Starbucks in town! Superb service and great attitudes, they are a really great team. 🙌
