I order the same drink everyday...I know how it should taste. I order my drink from this location and it tasted like s**** not even close to what it should taste like. I take it back and ask the barista to make me another one. She said "sorry, I made it the way it supposed to be made" so I'm like... It doesn't taste right, and she just says sorry. Wtf? This happened before at other locations and they happily make another one, not this one. This reminds me why I stopped going to Starbucks. If any of you come to this location, beware of the young girl with a ring in her nose and a tattoo on her chest... She wasn't wearing her name badge, otherwise I would mention her name

Some of the friendliest baristas I've ever met. Clean lobby, and the drinks have tasted a lot better lately. I don't know what this new crew has been doing but keep it up, this is my new regular spot.

No wonder Starbucks stock is in the toilet. If theyre not paying to kill babies theyre fkng up the most simple drink in the world. OmG. Do urself a favor and visit ANY OTHER STARBUCKS. This one is complete s**** Oh and they miraculously fkd up a cd brew. When the bch left it running for 10 min and the tank was empty she tried to hand me a $6 cup of fkng foam and about a HALF CUP of CREAM. Like wtf. Worst sbux experience in 28 yrs. Reaally annoyed bc they also TOOK FOREVER TO SUCK. Like 10 min wait for this trash. They literally DRAW LINES ON THE CUPS FOR THESE IDIOTS AND THEY STILL CANT MAKE THE DRINK CORRECTLY. Just because YOU (barista) put A HALF A CUP OF CREAM in YOUR coffee doesnt mean thats what a CUSTOMER wants.

The only consistent thing about this Starbucks is the consistently terrible service. Always slow, unorganized and frustrating. Please get a decent manager to get this fixed, ASAP.

First of all if you order a drink and ask for a cup of ice water, you will get charged $.25 for a cup of water. My drink didn't taste great either. The kid added too much milk in my caramel macchiato. Then when he got me my water that I paid $.25 for, there wasn't ice in it. WTH! I didn't say no ice. I didn't want to deal with this place so took the room temperature water and my nasty drink and left. I went in the morning and from other reviews, the day crew is a disappointment. Maybe need to see how the evening crew is next time if there's a next time. I left Starbucks for Dutch Bros. Dutch Bros is much better to be honest.
I wish they would stop the free cup with a coffee for the holidays. Oven never seen so many cheap people in my life they made my morning coffee run take 45 mins all front free cup. The staff are doing there best but I wish they where more in to matching Uniforms like the other Starbucks looks like a bunch of college kids just to run something real quick besides that the free coffee cup causes Mayham do not enforcing mask rules 90% of us did but it was a few they did not and that one word for said which I find the vehicle chickenshit if you ask me
