Probably the most incompetent starbucks crew I've come across. I ordered a Grande Caramel Cold Brew. After 30 minutes and 5 people ordering after me getting their drinks My order was nowhere to be found. I got a refund and asked for a copy of the receipt and the person behind the register couldn't even figure out how to make a copy of a receipt using 100% of her brain power. Go to literally anywhere else for coffee than this location.

I order my coffee online and customized it to 0 pumps of the flavored syrup but they still added it to my coffee. I love Starbucks but this is frustrating because I can't have all that sugar which is why I customized it the drink to have 0 pumps of syrup. I paid for a cup of coffee that I can't even drink. It would be more useful to burn the money at this point.

Location is great, staff is always nice and it’s usually no problem to get a seat. My only problem is that the music is consistently way too loud and aggressive for the kind of place it is. I think most people want a chill vibe when they go to hang out or chat with friends at a cafe, not a club-like vibe with thumping hip hop and whatnot. Please dial it down a little!

You really can't find a better location that's off the strip, modern and close to everything. It's a blue diamond and Decatur, it's Tues. March 19, and I'll be here till 11:30 a.m. I found a nice place to park my Benzo, there's an outdoor patio, and if I want snacks I'm right next to 7-Eleven and I can have breakfast at Denny's. Everything in this area is brand new. There's also eos gym in the parking lot in case I want to get in a workout. Anyway this is a good place to get some work done in this New Vegas a lot of windows, quick service, an easy to get to from the strip and vice versa .
