Manager and most of the staff have terrible customer service. I saw they went out of their way to apologize to a previous guest for their error, but when I ordered egg bites which I waited about 10 minutes for without getting, all I got was a sorry. Long story short, I sat right by the pick up location and never heard my name called for the egg bites. When I inquired about it, the person in charge of making them responded, “I thought I made them.” As I walked away after being told it would be prepared and would take a moment, I looked at the pickup counter and there was a bag with my name on it that also read “Egg bites”. Mind you, I heard other names called and waited attentively to hear mine and it never happened. Upon finding this bag, I picked it up and it had a burrito in it- not my egg bites despite the label. When I brought this to their attention, they laughed and the person in charge of making it said, •How'd I do that?” The manager stood there the entire time and never commented on the problems.
This Starbucks needs to hire 20 Bellas! Bella was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I were in town for Thanksgiving and she was extremely patient with us through the drive-thru. We had to put in one more order and she was very sweet about us not rushing. Best Starbucks employee we have met. The drinks and food came out toasty and delicious. Thank you Bella! Ordered a flat white with classic syrup and a banana nut loaf bread. Paid 11 dollars and change for the two items. The bread was fine. The flat white wasn’t. I got a cappuccino that was unsweetened. If I wasn’t several miles away when I tasted this I would have had it remade. It sucks that you can’t get what you order.

I recently visited this Starbucks, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was unbelievably slow, even by the busiest coffee shop standards. Despite having only one customer ahead of me, it took over 20 minutes to get a simple black coffee. This is not the first time as it’s a running joke at work about how slow this location is. For a brand known for its fast service and quality, this Starbucks location fell woefully short. I won’t be returning to this location and would recommend others to steer clear if they value their time and money.

Nice indoor space and an excellent outdoor space with seating both covered and with sun. Carmel macchiato and breakfast sandwich on the patio with a gentle breeze blowing was awesome ?
