It took 30 minutes to get two hot drinks. Very disappointed. I was told it was because it was red cup day, the busiest day of the year, but I didn’t see many red cups going out. I was also told it was because I ordered a hot drink instead of all the many cold drinks that went out before and after my order.

Located in Summerlin, a pretty fancy neighborhood with a good view. Enough Power Stripe, plenty of seats and large tables, outside dining area and friendly staff. A nice view of the mountains in good weather conditions.The iced matcha latte is the best of what I ever tasted. Staff are friendly to offer me the choice of refill. Today, helped a lot mentally. I normally don’t go to this Starbucks I go to the one closest to my dog park, I had a rough morning unknown to the crew working at 10:00, I just finished at the dog park and decided to stop and get the pup cup I normally get as an extra treat for the doggo as seen (Titan) and the immediate reaction I received from the entire staff for my dog wearing his glasses (protects his eyes) warmed my heart to the fullest.
