Loops is Amazing, she’s the MVP thank you, she made us have the best experience out of all the other locations, Heidi is also a great manager keep up the good work.

Shiquinta super rude and dismissive, I came in on a rainy afternoon to grab a pike place and I specifically asked for xtra steamed oat milk. Not only did she give me a corner but when I asked for what I paid for she mixed cold oat milk with steamed.To be honest the whole crew just had a skirmish dismissive vibe about them, I drink Starbucks literally everyday sometime multiple times a day, this is my least favorite location in this area.I wouldn’t even have taken the time to write this review but the disrespect/disregard was so much today I had to express. I really hope this location can do better, I won’t be back

awesome people that work there! We are visiting Vegas from a small town that takes 10mins to get across town so it took us 30 mins to get there and when we made it they ask if I wanted them to remake our drinks cuz they say so long. That was so nice. They were fast as well! I will be coming back while I am here.
