We are visiting Vegas from a small town that takes 10mins to get across town so it took us 30 mins to get there and when we made it they ask if I wanted them to remake our drinks cuz they say so long. That was so nice. They were fast as well! I will be coming back while I am here.

I rarely ever get Starbucks, but I figured I was in the neighborhood and had a gift card, why not stop for a quick treat? Unfortunately, the staff was impersonal and had no sense of urgency. I ordered 2 Venti Strawberry Frappes and they took 10 minutes to make. The drink is strawberry preserve, ice and milk, there was nobody in front or behind me in line, and no cars in the drive thru. Ridiculous. The tall black guy who took my order did nothing to insure I received my drinks. The young girl working the drive thru was nowhere to be found. After 5 minutes of nobody doing anything, the only saving grace for this encounter, a young guy idk nobody had name tags on, finally makes my drinks (which still took too long for how simple the drink is because he dropped on?) and apologizes for the obviously unreasonable wait. I got a $4 off gift card, but I'll just toss it and go to the Dutch Bros right next door instead. Faster service and better attitudes by far.

Every time I hit up Starbucks, it's like a little escape for me. The smell of fresh coffee, the chill vibe, and the super-friendly staff just make my day. Their seasonal drinks are so on point! I mean, who can resist a Pumpkin Spice Latte when it's chilly outside? And props to them for being eco-conscious with their whole sustainable approach. Honestly, it's not just about the coffee at Starbucks, it feels more like hanging out at a friend's place.

Lady at the drive thru had zero energy and didn't know how the drinks came, I felt like I had more knowledge than the employee. When it came to getting my drinks, they were slow and forgot a coffee. When I finally got my coffee, the lid was defective and spilt all over me and my car.
