Starbucks is always my go to. The team @ this location seemed a lot friendlier than most though. Fast service!

Starbucks is pretty consistent especially since allowing us to do our own half and half again. COVID restrictions were so silly in hindsight.

From three weeks ago I went every Saturday to this location because it’s a nearest one to my home to make an order for grilled cheese sandwiches
First Saturday at 7 pm I went over there and they told me the oven was closed
Last week ( Saturday) too at 6:30 pm they told me the oven is closed right now
Today I went at 6:00 pm they told me it’s closed
I told the lady over there you told me at 6:30 you closed the oven
She answered with careless my coworker said this ( lady with glass )
And said it’s depend
Depend on what
So if they don’t have order to use the oven they will close from the morning !!!!
I told her you closed the oven before closed and cleaned by 2 hours this mean you start to close at by hour early at 5 to be calm down and not hot and start to clean it
This is not logic and disrespect for customer
Is this how you serve your client
Please return to your cameras
I’m sure if there is a regional manager for your branches or a relative to your area manager
And ask for something and face what I face he will change all the rules
The most important not to write up the employees
The most important is to train your employees and learn them how to talk with customers

Every time I go to this Starbucks, I’m always helped by a woman named Juanita, I hope that’s her name anyway. She’s nothing short of the sweetest person I’ve ever met. So friendly, bubbly, and just an overall sweetheart. She deserves so much recognition for how amazing she is.

Usually have no issues with the service, but today the usual morning shift employee was being so unprofessional: cussing when talking to what I think was a regular customer and insulting what seemed to be a new employee on the register. I would have assumed that they were just joking but the look on the new employee’s face was as if she’d been embarrassed and hurt. The other customers and I exchanged confused looks and awkwardly waited in line. I gave the new employee an easy order rather than my usual order for her sake.

Felt like I was not welcomed or I was a bother to the early morning employee for just walking up and not knowing the cup sizes and saying "just a regular cold brew light ice" and getting a cup full of ice with some coffee in it kinda ruined my experience

Crowded as always but what do you expect this is not Dunkin’ Donuts

The one thing I’ve come to love and appreciate about Starbucks Is the consistency you can expect. My caramel macchiato taste the same in Las Vegas as it does in California. What Varies is service. When I pull up to the drive-through, there were 15 cars ahead of me. Reluctantly I decided to stay in line because my tire didn’t exactly permit me to enter. Surprisingly, the line was handled by the machine that is Starbucks employees with relative ease. From the time I entered the line to the time I was sipping on coffee was about eight minutes. The only issue I seem to have was that their credit card reader was having issues and so it was a little frustrating having to run the car five times. I feel their training must be very good and have a strong emphasis on customer service. The attendant at the window was very patient, extremely friendly, and remained personable while we talked and try to work out the issue with the credit card reader. In the end it was well worth the wait and the drinks really don’t need much describing because we all know the great product produced.
I stopped and bought 2 protein boxes and a coffee, spent 18.00 only to throw the protein boxes away! The eggs were all mashed, the apples were dark and soft and the grapes were destroyed... very disappointed!!!
