This is why I’ve lost the loving feeling with Starbucks. The coffee is predictable, but the service has gotten so bad!! Four people working and I could learn to speak Hungarian faster than that was taking. Pro tip: order mobile before you go to TSA and your order may be about to be worked on when you get there. I didn’t have anything special but all I could tell is that one person was trying to work while three spent more time at the appearance of working. I bet that place is a nightmare to manage.

Get overcharged for the grande ice matcha latte with whole milk and 4 scoops of tea powder, plus a venti hot water. I do not know if that almost $6 different was for the water or not, but the cashier NEVER asked if I needed the receipt even though I was ok without receipt. She was just took the receipt and tossed it away. However, I trusted whatever amount that she gave me since I used to be a cashier and I always put whatever customer ordered on the bill and NEVER charged them more than what they ordered. I decided to check the price again on the app when I got back home and realized that the total was just around $6.xx or $7.xx and she charged me $13.01. So maybe the $6 was for the hot water I asked for, and she never let me know about it. My husband told me to order on the app, but I wanted some hot water so I just went straight to the cashier to order. Planed to pay with card on the app but the price she gave was more than what I had on the app so I just paid with my credit card. I could say it was my fault for not confirming with her why the total was too much, and asked her to give me the receipt instead of standing there seeing her tossed my receipt lol. I contacted customer service and she said it was better to call so that they could investigate. I called and the lady told me she could not do anything since I did not have the receipt or pay with the app. I need to request the receipt from the store. HOW TO REQUEST THE RECEIPT FROM STORE? Does she want me to book a ticket to go back to the store at terminal B at Harry Reid Airport just to ask for the receipt to get that $6.xx back? I am willing to do that if she pays for the airfare of $2xx for me to go back. She needs to be trained to be better as a customer service. I do not need that $6 that much, I just shared my experience with Starbucks so that they can let their employees never ever toss the receipt away without asking the customer. But this lady at customer service, and the cashier at this location were RIDICULOUS! Just keep my $6 as a donation. I do not need it, and I have learned a lesson. ALWAYS TAKE THE RECEIPT AND TRUST NONE OF CASHIERS FROM ANY STORES even though they are from a big company.

I ordered at the wrong Starbucks in the airport and this is the store I was meaning to order at! Unfortunately the staff and manger were so disrespectful and didn’t care and would not compensate me and told me I had to call the 1-800 # nowI have ordered at the wrong store before and that store just made me show the receipt of my moble order and took right care of me:) but this Starbucks wouldn’t budge, and didn’t care! Bad customer service, I will never be back to this one again I will go out of my way to skip this rude workers

Good lord! While scouting the local stock I realized the ratio of beautiful women in this airport was ridiculous. Like 5:1. It all kind of blew away when I paid $10 for my cup of joe. I could’ve just stayed at my gate, lit a $10 dollar bill a fire and asked a passer-by to mispronounce my name and had the same outcome without the ridiculous wait in line. But I must add, that was among the few absolutely perfect Caramel Macchiatos I have ever had. Kudus to the pimple faced trans gender kid with the predominant adams apple. FabulousMacchiato, Thanks!To the gorgeous woman in the red piss coat and men’s shoes, you are absolutely stunning. Even with the red lipstick on your teeth.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Staff are in complete disarray, and do not work together. Manager did nothing to organize the chaos. Forget tons of orders, drinks and food with no names polling up on the tiny counter corner. Store is very small, no room to wait among the dozens of others waiting, just avoid this one or you’ll miss your flight.

The tall female cashier with short hair and a very sad face, please go take a break, you really lower the service quality and make travelers bad mood. And hopefully you didn’t choose customers and provide different services. My order was easy and simple, only one coffee and one bread, then my food wasn’t prepared. This Starbucks is located near gate B16 in Las Vegas airport, opposite side is PTA grill, please prepare yourself and provide Starbucks unique service. Thank you!

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. My egg bites came out in a few minutes although they were burnt. It then took 21 minutes after I ordered to get a green tea with a pump of vanilla. They made it iced instead of hot, which took another 5 minutes to correct. I almost missed boarding my flight because who knew it would take more than 30 minutes to get something from Starbucks.

Do not order from this location. Food took 45 min. Service was horrible. Customer service and basic logistics training should be required at this location. I can’t speak to the food because after waiting 30 min, I had to board to flight which was an issue many other ‘customers’ faced with this location today.
