Super overpriced, which would have been fine if the lady taking our order wasn’t so aloof and disinterested. Made us feel like we were disturbing her day by being there. Unfortunate. Go to the other Starbucks on the second floor instead.

Limited seating, very slow service, coffee doesn't taste very good, they don't accept Amex cards, staff seem disinterested, long wait time if you also order food, horribly designed and hard to reach power ports if you want to charge anything.... Basically the only good thing is that it's inside the hotel and open 24x7. I would not recommend this outlet though in general I do like Starbucks elsewhere.

I wanted to thank the staff at this location. I had used my mobile app to order my coffee but then realized I selected the wrong location. They were kind enough to make my order for me so I wouldn’t have to go on the other side of town. Always one of my favorite stops. Thank you for being understanding and kind.
