Drive in only... Not great when you've walked to get there, only to find they won't even open the window for a non-car person... For safety reasons. When there isn't an actual car in sight.

I went to Starbucks today at 8:34am and everything was well the girl in the window with glasses is super sweet never met anyone sweeter than her but the person behind her was so rude she just had a vibe that was not satisfactory she looked mad and she made the sweet girls smile fade twice that’s not how u treat you’re employees she should be nicer I’m a manager at McDonald’s so I get that going to work early is a pain but you should never have an off face and take it out on everyone.

Nearly 20 minutes in the drive through, 6.77$, and paid for a “medium” pictured below. Lady helping me looked at me like she deserved a tip. I used to love this location, but person working here should fix their portioning on the drink for what we pay.

TIP: This is DRIVE THRU ONLY...

Now, as I am surprised it's a drive thru location, it didn't bother me at all. It is so much faster than the other Starbucks drive thru. Service was also good.

The only hiccup is they did not have all the ingredients for a drink I ordered.

Not truck driver friendly. I parked in clear direct view of the drive thru window and explained my oversized vehicle doesn't fit in drive thru.
It was 6am. Refused service to me. the NPC worker told me there's a front door ,I asked "oh it's open" . "No it's not"
If I was in a car and wanted to add a cookie to my order at the window it would be perfectly fine. But in my work uniform with work truck parked in front of window standing in and empty drive thru I can't get service.
Maybe I should have stayed in my truck and shouted from the truck window.

Today I ordered two drinks at this Starbucks location. It’s a drive thru location so I ordered ahead of time. When I arrived I was asked to go around the block one more time as drinks were not ready. I asked what she means to “go around”!? She told me I need to go around the whole block and come back. That means I need to cross traffic to go left and wait for traffic to clear and turn left again. I said I am not doing that, there is no one behind me, I will wait, otherwise will take me 10 min to go around the block. She closed the window and came back two min after. Iced vanilla latte was ok BUT caramel Frappuccino was only full cup of whipped cream. Totally unacceptable !!! Just because I refused to go around for no reason doesn’t mean I didn’t pay for my coffee.

Follow up!

I did contacted customer service. I was promised swift reaction on my complaint. Unfortunately, after acknowledging my email, no further reaction was given…

If you order ahead of time, you still have to wait in line because this location does not allow you to pick up inside or through a window. Absolutely have to get in line even though you ordered ahead of time.

Unprofessional Behavior at Starbucks Drive-Through Location

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Starbucks drive-through location that I found through the app, which allows for pre-ordering. Upon arriving, I noticed there were no doors to enter the building, only a drive-through lane. I proceeded to walk to the pick-up window, hoping to collect my order, but no one answered when I knocked.

When I finally got a response, the employee informed me that they do not accept walk-up orders. I explained that the app didn’t specify this policy, hoping for some understanding or assistance. Unfortunately, she dismissed my concerns unprofessionally and claimed to be the manager. To my shock, she then shut the window in my face.

In an effort to resolve the situation, I attempted to contact customer service to either get my order or request a refund. However, another associate opened the window and threatened to call 911 if I didn’t step away from the drive-through. At no point was I hostile or disrespectful; I was simply trying to communicate my issue. This level of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service standards.

To ensure I was adhering to their policies, I decided to call a Lyft to pick up my order. However, I was met with the same refusal when I arrived. They wouldn’t even open the window for service. I have reported this location to Starbucks, as I believe this business needs to find better management and improve customer relations.

Even if walk-ups are against their policy, there are definitely better ways to handle these situations. It’s disrespectful to refuse service to customers who are trying to follow the rules. I will not be returning to this location and encourage others to consider their customer service experiences before visiting. Customer service is crucial, and it’s disappointing to see a brand I usually admire fall so short in this area.

I given this review because in any moment I was rude for what I ask so I ask to reload $30 but only have $100 bill I give to the drive thru girl and I saw she’s was going to give all $5 change I told her if she only have 5 she said yes and told her to cancel and I’ll pay with my card because I don’t want bunch singles for a reason so she got upset I think she called the manager and I told them if she should said it before I wouldn’t give the $100, manager was rude. response they shouldn’t accept the bill in the first place and I didn’t respond to that bc I’m very educated but how he said it was rude and I ask for receipt and she got mad for that said in a sarcastic way have a bless day *** like if I did something wrong. Unprofessional behavior also they didn’t give me a straw they got mad for something small that they could avoid in first place but oh well.the drinks are ok.
