The service was very bad from Elisha. Very cold and rude attitude when the drinks were almost 8 dollars. She acted discussed with her job. She definitely needs to find a job somewhere else where she can be more comfortable.I'd expect a friendlier customer service. Definitely customer service at the airport needs some improvement. The counter for the condiments / napkins was very dirty and sticky.

Awful customer service! We went for a dragon fruit refresher which was done wrong- when I asked what drink I was given as it had milk and wasn’t the typical one we order- I was rudely ignored where the barista mouthed “for f*** sake” as I approached. He told me I ordered the wrong drink and should have ordered a “dragon fruit refresher” to which I stated that I did. This is where I got ignored and he carried on making other drinks without addressing my concern, completing disregarding me and my drink order. As he gave me the drink he said “refresher” so I don’t understand how this was a mistake on my behalf. Regardless, the lack of care and regard to actually address a customer while they were there was embarrassing for the individual in question. Please improve your people skills!

Good points: started a new hot chocolate when the first one didn't turn out ok. Nice seating areas. Bad points: Was asked if I wanted 5 cents back. It put me on the spot because 5 cents is still money but if I said 'yes I want it back' it comes across as cheap. The correct response should be give the customers the 5 cents or whatever change back and not to ask if they WANT it back.

Both the baristas were very rude and ignorant. They also did not have any blenders working and they only had one espresso machine working. While the technician showed up to fix the blenders. The barista just sat there and watched him work the whole time instead of working on beverages or anything. The woman working at the front was absolutely rude and disrespectful. They do not let you pay with the Starbucks app or with a card on the app either. Instead of just politely telling the customer the just grabbed the scanner from the table and pulled away from the customer to say "nope, that won't work". They are extremely slow, extremely quiet, no eye contact and when spoken to by a customer they are completely ignorant and don't even acknowledge you. Absolutely disappointment. Especially in an airport and especially in a big city.

These ppl should not show up for work if they are going to treat travelers like trash after spending $7.75 for a medium latte. What a horrible Starbucks. This airport gets millions of visitors from around the world! Time to shut down these places.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the team who was working the morning shift of October 1st! The wait was about 45 minutes. As you can imagine, they all were working NONSTOP and dealing with rude travelers. The staff stayed positive and kind. The quality of the product did not slack and it truly was one of the best coffees I have had! Thank you for your hard work!

I hauled a Iced Almond Decaf Americano when on the travel before my flight and needed to squeeze some laptop work time in. An efficient and friendly service, paired with super yummy Coffee in a cosy, laidback and comfortable environment. This joint closes a little early in my opinion, to say it's the only place open before check in and security.As always from Starbucks, a consistently easy and pleasant experience when grabbing a cup of Joe.
