I really enjoyed my visit here. AJ is super nice, got my drink right and also spelled my name correctly. Hope to see him here again.

I ordered a skinny latte with an extra shot, but when I received it, it tasted like plain milk. When I asked the barista if the extra shot had been added, they said it was included, but the drink still didn’t taste right. I asked if they could add another shot, and I was told there would be an additional charge, even though I had already paid for the extra shot. The drink was terrible, and the service was poor. I would never go back to this location again.

Very Rude , the till barista was very aggressive name badge (AJ) sooo rude and soo aggressive, the other barista (Ian) no name badge no apron behind the bar the which one is kind no Starbucks standard ! Both deal with my complain not very good , they gave me the refund for the extra drink I got charge for it that i did not ask for it, kind of ruin my morning because the way was super aggressive kind of throw me off guard as I was very polite , I was trying to understand why he gave me an extra cup with no name on it no drink name on it and I was just wondering what i did just got as I'm allergic to milk and nuts I did not want to risk it , frankly the drink was terrible very bitter felt the shoots on the coffee where old or maybe the machine is not working properly but for $30 not worth your money

Come here if you want to spoil your trip!! The staff is extremely rude as if they are doing mercy at the customers by preparing the order. The man threw my falafal wrap when I asked if it’s ready!!!!

The staff was very rude! Also they didn’t serve coffee as put in order. I had asked for extra hot, it wasn’t, and when I asked - they were very rude!

Staff was extremely rude and barely supporting. It seems like they own the starbucks and not giving a damn about the customers. Serving cold beverages.
It was the extremely bad experience I ever had in starbucks.
I order a falafel pocket and they denied to give hot sauce as its costing them fortune.
I also ordered a mocha and flatwhite, both were served warm not hot.

Super slow staff. Lethargic lady took my order. It appears they don’t want to work there. Queue was long too.
Price is extrema expensive
Super expensive, even with the 10% discount if you are a guest at the hotel. It is what it is, I suppose.
Always great to have my morning coffee
Claims to close at 8pm but I guess they meant 7:45pm.
