I waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks and they couldn’t even get them at the same time.
Worst organization I’ve ever seen in a Starbucks
Unfriendly service. Not everything was available. What was there was reasonable quality

Went there before a tour to get coffee and breakfast. Staff not very pleasant and seemed bothered taking the order. The big kick is that they have their tip machine reversed that if you hit 10% it gives them 15%. Genius if you work there but scamming lots of tourists.

There is a tall, bearded man, presumably the manager, who is extremely rude. When I ordered two drinks, he lectured me on how I hadn't ordered correctly, despite the long line and numerous pending orders. I also saw him being rude to multiple customers while I waited (40 minutes) for my two cold drinks. For someone in customer service, he desperately needs training. He might be better suited for a job at an auto parts store. Someone from corporate should intervene.

Avoid this location!!! It is one of the most expensive Starbucks on the strip. I can't believe they are allowed to mark up the already high prices. It is crazy. You better be paying your employees well!

When I got here, there was 1 person in line and it took me a 1/2 hour to get a bagel and cream cheese.

As a wheelchair user, long story short I was heading out to Fashion Mall to top up my battery to reach my hotel 1.5 km away.
I pushed my wheelchair in this Starbucks, out of breath, and asked for a 10 min charge. One young man didn't answer me. The other turned his back on me. Shame on them - I'm an elderly grandma, recovering from botched surgery - in a wheelchair.
I understand they're NOT obliged to help me, but an ounce of human decency was all I was asking for, not any special treatment! I was planning to pay them 20$.
Gees, don't these to have mothers and grandmas ? Wouldn't they want someone to help them ?
Since they weren't interested I limped in pain to the Mall.
At the Mall, Kudos to the young security guy and his friend, the jewellery stall attendant who helped me recharge my battery and I safely made it to my hotel. Kudos to them. ? God Bless them and their families. I'm so sorry I didn't get their names to include them in this post.
This review is also for the store inside near the theater and pool. Service was not good. We asked for a blended drink and they served it just iced. When I pointed out the mistake they poured the drink into the blender and gave me back a cup of foam. Then proceeded to be rude and say that is what you asked for. After that they ignored me and we went to the next order. Also the facility was dirty and garbage was overflowing onto the floor. Please go to the one outside next to Gilleys. The workers there were very polite and knew what they were doing!
The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax or catch up on work. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that I received my order promptly and exactly as I requested. As always, the coffee was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit any taste preference. Whether you're in the mood for a classic espresso drink or a seasonal specialty beverage, Starbucks has you covered. With convenient locations and consistent quality, Starbucks continues to be my go-to coffee destination.
