Terrible service and crazy long wait. You just have one counter to order and even if 7 people in line you have more than 20 waiting with average wait for more than 25 min. Just ridiculous!

I ordered 5 cold beverages all with light ice. They charged me 5 dollars extra for light ice, 1 per drink. I’ve been visiting Starbucks across US for many years now, and this is the first Starbucks which charged extra for light ice. When asked about it, the lady behind the counter rudely said they charged extra because there is more ‘product’ in the drink when they add less ice. This review is for Starbucks outside treasure island.

Terrible drink for a very high price!! I got a Cinnomon Late which no one usually messes up this in other stores. Here it was really really bad and couldn't even taste it twice. And the price was $2 to $2.5 more than other starbucks. Don't recommend it at all!!!!

Stopped by the Starbucks on Las Vegas Blvd, and the service was fantastic! The staff was friendly and quick, and they even gave me an extra drink for free. It’s the little things that make a difference, and this team truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this spot for great service and an awesome coffee experience
