It is 107 degrees outside in Vegas right now.
I’ve been in over 50 different Starbucks and this is the first one to charge for tap water.

Every employee was very friendly and showed exceptional customer service. This Starbucks is located in the hotel, so price is higher than other Starbucks stores. Had to pay almost double of what I pay at other stores. However, the customer service was beyond excellence.

The worst starbucks ever, and I have been in many starbucks arounds the world and US with more than thousand rewards redeemed… so I have a lot of them to compare… This starbucks is more expensive than usual, my ice latte as you can see on my pic is full of ice, I felt like I drank two shots of liquid. Also my wife asked for ice latte and got hot, obviously they changed and usually they gave you the wrong one or trash it… however, I didn’t expect that they added cow milk and give it to other person ? bro, it has almond milk, if someone is almond allergic they will kill them

So happy this location has mobile ordering as the Starbucks in our last two Vegas casino hotels didn’t! Drinks were good. Beware very pricey- same drink here was double the price I paid at a stand alone location in Silicon Valley
I regret to express my utter disappointment with this Starbucks location. This establishment has proven to be the epitome of a subpar coffee experience.Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by an atmosphere that exuded hostility, with employees displaying a notable lack of basic courtesy and friendliness. Not a single smile or greeting was offered during my entire visit, setting an uncomfortable tone.In an attempt to get a refill for my Pike Coffee, I was appalled to be informed of a $0.50 charge, despite being a loyal “Gold” cardholder. When I raised this issue, the response was dismissive, directing me to wait in an excruciatingly long line. It took me over 20 minutes just to secure a simple refill!While attempting to discuss this matter with the manager, the staff showcased an embarrassing lack of competence, unable to comprehend how to process a refill. This displayed a glaring absence of both leadership and adequate training among the team.In sum, the level of service, courtesy, and professionalism at this Starbucks is shockingly deficient. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic operational efficiency. If I had the option, I would rate this establishment a resounding zero stars.I sincerely hope this review prompts some much-needed introspection and improvement in the management and training of the staff to provide a more hospitable and customer-centric experience in the future.
