Greetings reader! I have experience with both inside and drive through at this location. While, for the most part, the people are great and the drinks are good, I have had more than one experience of subpar drinks and less than spectacular service. Don't get me wrong, there are quite a few spectacular baristas, however, 4 stars is a perfectly adequate rating for this establishment.
Don't let this review dissuade you. But, on occasion, you will need to have your beverage remade.

For a new Starbucks location , this staff is ON POINT. This location is very nice, clean with the nice outside patio area . Very accessible from the freeway I-215 west.
Drink and food were made perfectly. The service was very quick and all the staff were welcoming.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Starbucks drive-thru today. The employee named Crystal was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unpleasant. It felt like I was a burden just for placing an order. If this is the standard of customer service here, I won’t be coming back. Someone with that kind of demeanor should not be working with customers.

I strongly believe in customer service. Management chooses to greet customers and the funny thing is that I don't get that treatment. Especially when money is spent at that location. And orders placed upon request that is not fulfilled.

Went through the drive thru, Hanna took the order, another girl delivers the drink and I say this doesn't look the picture, she says the drinks name and then starts ignoring me. I was saying it doesn't look like the picture, it's not as appealing. She continued to take another order as she turned away so I drove off.

I am not sure if this is the best place to post this but I hope upper management knows this is the best Starbucks!! The employees are all welcoming, it’s clean, my drinks are always made correctly and fast. It’s my favorite Starbucks and by far the best atmosphere if you want to sit inside or outside its a very comfortable and nice looking Starbucks. Theres also always parking and the drive thru is never backed up which is a plus
