Beware- You cannot reload your Starbucks app here. If you ask you will get a lot of attitude. Hope you like rude. We must have made her mad by asking because we had to wait a long time for our drinks. The people in line behind us came and went many times over. Zero customer service here. My tea was weaker than circus lemonade. It was color water. I saw them fill in with water then added ice. That's why there's no tea flavor left. It's been diluted with 2/3 water. Save your money and go somewhere else. This Starbucks is awful.

I am a regular at the Bellagio location since I work around. I have been ordering lots of food and I always get a Venti Ice Cup free of charge as with all worldwide Starbucks locations. Today I was full and just got my treat cake pop and a rude woman with bunch of ear piercings decided to charge me $2 for the cup of ice! They also used to have seating area but they took it off recently!
Overall Starbucks has been a total ripoff lately. They even have different prices for different locations! (see photos for comparison)

This is a wrong location of this Starbucks. Its right next to the Strip sidewalk and one has to hike about 10 mins from the Bellagio hotel elevator to reach it. After that, wait like 15 mins to order and again wait for your drink cause there is just 3 people to serve about 20 customers at 8am. terrible service. Prices are as on par as any other coffee place on the strip like $9 for a grande beverage. At least you can use the Starbucks app for points or order ahead at this location.

Starbucks at Bellagio Fountains North is awesome! The manager this morning (3/22/24) was so sweet to get my order completed quickly when the app wasn’t showing correct inventory. Thank you for the drink! Very attentive and helpful! This is my go to while I’m in Vegas!
