I went early in the morning and the staff was very sweet and service was quick. The price tho was insane. Two coffees, three sandwiches, and a chocolate milk being over $50. There’s no coffeemaker in our hotel room either

Most expensive Starbucks I've ever been to. $11 for a latte and they made it hot when I ordered iced. 🙃 Everything on the menu needs to come down at least $2. No where to sit either. Won't be returning.

I tried to order a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino this morning, I was told by the cashier that my drink wasn’t a normal menu item, when it’s literally on the menu. I’ve ordered it everyday the past few days with no issue.
Received my breakfast sandwich only to find it 'thrown' in the bag completely disassembled. Egg on the bottom of the bag and roll with cheese stuck to the side of the bag. I suppose the bacon was salvageable but I can guarantee I won't be visiting Starbucks again.

It's a Starbucks, in a hotel. I had a fine experience, so 5 stars. I can't even imagine what makes someone give a 1 star review to a Starbucks in a busy hotel...
THE WORST Starbucks EVER! My kid ordered a Mango Dragon Lemonade and spilled some on her clothes, so I asked for another cup with ice to replace the drink. The lady charged me $1.58. What the heck! The lady had the worst attitude ever! Keep in mind we are guests at the hotel and have spent money at Starbucks. AVOID AT ALL COST!
I asked for water , I was chocking and they told me that I have to the line and pay 1 dollar
So just imagine if I die there because they deny a small ocio of water that I request
I was eating some cookies and they were to dry and I started to cough and couldn’t stop
They didn’t care

One of the worst experiences I’ve had trying to get Starbucks. We showed up at 4:30—even though Google clearly says they close at 5—but the staff turned us away, claiming they were already closed. The attitude was rude and completely unprofessional. I truly hope Starbucks addresses the disrespect from their baristas and ensures customers get accurate information. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.

Terrible Experience at Starbucks – Rio Hotel, Las Vegas
One of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. We waited 30–40 minutes just to place an order, and another 45 minutes to receive it. The prices are nearly double what you’d pay elsewhere, and yet they were out of vanilla and other basics—with no visible signs until you reach the counter after a long wait.
The entire setup was chaotic, with confused customers and zero organization. An online order placed between 7:30–8:00 AM wasn’t ready until 10:30 AM—a 2-hour delay.
The employees were rude and unhelpful, spending more time arguing than trying to speed things up or resolve the issues. They acted like giving us something was a favor, but at double the price, that gesture felt meaningless.
Very disappointed—this Starbucks seriously needs better management.

Coffee ended up OK but the service was bad. I get the same drink at Starbucks everywhere I go across the country and now I get a laugh out of seeing how different employees will process the drink the different ways they charge me some tell me they can do it somehow tell me they can’t do it.. .. it’s a pretty simple drink. When I can’t have my bulletproof coffee at home with butter in it, I substitute the butter with heavy cream. so I get a grande black coffee in a Venti cup, and I asked them to whip up heavy cream and pour on top cold.

Everything is double priced and they charge for water
I don’t like when people call people out for choosing not to tip by embarrassing them or calling them out. For goodness sake, I was taking it to go. It’s very unprofessional and rude. The guy with the glasses and curly hair should be called out for this!! Not only that...long wait times.
