The only reason I gave 5 stars for service is to recognize the employees at this location. I am a regular and visit this location daily even weekly. Even though these last few months have been extra hard with them losing two managers the employees csr is impeccable. They are overworked and underpaid but still service you with a smile and a greeting. Stephanie and Veronica definitely deserve a raise and acknowledgment. These ladies are top tier employees and definitely are my fav. I don’t understand why the rio won’t just open up both locations that they have inside the casino. Maybe they are upgrading that also.

3 baristas and only 1 can make the drinks I guess and can only make one at a time. Took 15 minutes to get a drink…..

The staff here are quick and efficient, but the seating situation is a mess. With just three tiny tables, most people end up standing outside, often right in front of the Korean restaurant across the street.

Never had ruder service in my entire life. Eric the barista forgot half my order, then proceeded to get angry with me for asking for the rest of the order. Threw the sugar at me when I asked him to add milk and sugar to the coffee. They even messed up the first half of the order and had it completely wrong. Will never go back.

45 mins for two coffees and they don’t take visa credit cards. Avoid at all costs.
Costs more than an airport coffee, for bad coffee in a run down hotel.
They don't have any dark roast coffee brewed, they promote Guatamala Casi Cielo which is NOT a dark roast. They have this in the dark roast section of the fresh brewed coffee but they don't have a dark roast ?
Fix your computer issues, not the customers problem, RIO's problem!
Stop selling old, cold, coffee in the afternoon, make it fresh or offer to make it fresh for the customer.
Smile Smile Smile, plenty of people in this country are without jobs, you should be happy you are working, I know for a fact Starbucks pays well. The workers look dead and sleep deprived! They just don't care. This is what America has become. It's very sad, actually. Starbucks is a 110 BILLION DOLLAR company, THEN ACT LIKE IT!!!!

Completely understaffed with ridiculously long wait times in line and waiting for food after ordering.

A Starbucks café where it's visible that staff members are used to tourists and foreigners. The orders were delivered fast and coffee was standard Starbucks quality coffee, exactly as I like it.

I order 2 black coffees and the coffee was maybe luke warm. Not away to start your vacation.
No hate to the cashier but they apparently charge for water now. No Starbucks corporate or satellite location like this one has ever done that. $1.08 for a Venti cup of hot water is unreasonable. Rio is just squeezing every penny out of every guest and I hate it. Do better.

Really nice renovation, a huge upgrade! I just ordered my drink and Carmen (name on receipt) greeted me with a smile. Excellent service.
