Poor customer service
My online order was incorrect 2 days in a row. On day 3, The barista was too busy texting on her phone to prepare my order! And the place was NOT BUSY!!!

Worst customer service ever. The middle aged asian barista had the most unnecessary attitude. When the cashier finished taking my order this dude yelled “wow no tip for all that work?” LOL I ordered a mocha cafe latte??? I get it though. I would be bitter too if I was still working minimum wage at that age.

These guys need to get their act straight. I know they're busy but they need to figure out about updating the online ordering. 2 days in a row their app let's me order items that are unavailable. I know it happens but when you look irritated that I have to call the person for a substitution, that's just wrong. The order is not just for the person that's picking up. What's worse is that they give you a substitute that's of lesser value and missing ingredients because of the last minute substitutution. Starbucks already took some money from me that I paid for but didnt receive without an easy way of correcting it

Relocated from parking elevator palazzo room entrance to where the emporium used to be . Monday morning there's a dozen people working no napkins no milk terrible service. Unfriendly cups not sleeved . Customers can get burned. Just rude bad experience.

Hours says they stay open until 1 am. Went at 12:15 am and they were already closed
Avoid this starbucks (in the Palazzo). Very slow at service and the person taking orders was rude, one elderly woman purchased a water bottle and she needed help opening the cap of it but the receptionist said no to help. Also I waited 15min in vain to get my simple black coffee.

I really don't know why this starbucks has such bad reviews! For how busy the Starbucks is they do a fantastic job! We waited in line, and ordered in person, and waited no more than 15 minutes which is a win in my book. I am so glad they have the online order option though! Every time I would order 5-10 minutes ahead, and my order was always ready and waiting! Keep up the good work!

Absolutely terrible! I’ve come here both of the days we were staying at the Palazzo and the store is consistently out of most of the food and they don’t let you know that before you get to the counter after waiting 45 minutes unless. There’s no manager on site. Inexcusable.

Because the Venetian/Palazzo does not have coffeemakers in the rooms, EVERYONE in the 7000 hotel rooms of this gargantuan resort comes here to get morning coffee. And Starbucks has disabled online orders for these locations, so you have to wait in line. Expect 20-30 minutes after 8 am. And hover near where they place the drinks and food - only some of the staff call out names loud enough to hear in the casino.

Worst service ever. They had the sandwich bags facing away from you and weren’t calling out names. So for my drinks (made incorrectly) and waited for my sandwich. Finally asked someone and they found it. Told them maybe they should face them towards customers and she responded “whatever”.

If you’re going to get Starbucks, definitely recommend putting some money on your Starbucks app card so you can skip the line. Those are prioritized and get done much faster!
