It's ridiculous that these young kids don't want to uphold the hours that businesses are supposed to be open. I drove out of my way to come to this location bcuz it was supposed to be open until 8pm but apparently the young worker named Torie decided she wanted to get off early on her Saturday night & would not serve me bcuz she stated they were already closed even after I said you guys are supposed to be open until 8 though & she still gave me some stupid excuse about how they were running behind today & was told she could close early which was just a load of crap. It's scenarios like this that really should have these types of employees reprimanded if not fired if they're not going to righteously uphold the standards of business that Starbucks is known for. I'm beyond irate at the fact that I wasted my time (& gas for that matter) just to drive to this specific location to be fed a bunch of lies just bcuz some young kids wanted to get off early on a Saturday... Completely unacceptable!

I went here 2nd time, and the first time, I forgot to show my QR code for points. The second time, the cashier said they don't scan the QR code, but instead, she scan where the gift card bar code. She told me I had to call if I did not get points. Of course, I did not get any points. How would I get my point if she didn't scan the star code? Make it make sense. Don't waste your time to go here to get your star points. Go somewhere else.

I literally get hot tea EVERYDAY on Towns Center but at this location the water did not seem as clean or filtered. I asked and one gal was a little snooty. 2nd barista helped with my observation and per my request, quickly replaced my tea.

Starbucks was in albertsons. I wasn't actually shopping at Starbucks but it's a very nice area and the kids behind the counters were r smiling and looking like they were having fun
