I went here 2nd time, and the first time, I forgot to show my QR code for points. The second time, the cashier said they don't scan the QR code, but instead, she scan where the gift card bar code. She told me I had to call if I did not get points. Of course, I did not get any points. How would I get my point if she didn't scan the star code? Make it make sense. Don't waste your time to go here to get your star points. Go somewhere else.
I literally get hot tea EVERYDAY on Towns Center but at this location the water did not seem as clean or filtered. I asked and one gal was a little snooty. 2nd barista helped with my observation and per my request, quickly replaced my tea.
Love going to this Starbucks they have the friendliest kidos working there, always welcome me with a smile and get my drinks right on point. Love Brianna, Chris, Loraine, Dean, Chloe, Trinity.
