Since my family moved to this side of town back in 2015. Prior to the establishing of Skye Canyon as a whole. When the expansion happened and we ended up getting Starbucks down the street my family and I were both grateful and excited.
Over the last 10 years it’s been since we have lived here on this side of town. I am incredibly blessed and grateful to have a Starbucks like this one. The staff are always kind and even during the holiday rushes still manage to get by with a smile despite the endless lines of customers.
Please keep up the great work and know that my family and myself will be lifelong customers. Thank you to all the employees that work at this Starbucks!

I love this place SO SO much! The staff is friendly and the food they make is lowkey so buss! My favorite seasonal drinks are peppermint mocha, Iced pumpkin spice latte, Iced Lavender Oat Milk Matcha, and Glinda’s Pink Potion! I lowkey might be delulu but I LOVE LOVE their customer service, they are so friendly and nice! They literally ate with their menu, not to mention that fine shawty works there

Whenever I ask for “light ice” in my venti at this store, they seem to give me heavy ice. So today I asked for my ice “on the side”. This is what I got. Is this a joke? This is what we pay $6.77 for. I won’t be back at this store.

8:53pm, hours posted 9:00pm closing. Lights still on at least 2 employees in store. Waited at the drive thru for a min, said “Hello” a few times, drove thru and around, front door locked, employees ignored me and continued mopping.

This was one of the absolute prettiest Starbucks I’ve ever seen! Everyone was very nice, staff super friendly, and it was nice and cool in there, sooooo necessary on Vegas’ hot days!

Ordered a hot raspberry white mocha, when we tasted they accidentally put some peppermint because obviously they thought it was a white peppermint mocha at first. KY the barista told us we were wrong, peppermint is a strong taste. She argued with us and then poured the drink in the sink aggressively. Rinsed out the same cup and said fine I’ll remake your drink with the same cup. We paid for an extra shot when we can clearly see her make the drink she didn’t add it and said she did with a rude attitude. This is sad it could’ve ended worse but this is very unprofessional. No one should have to start there day at 8 am on a Saturday like this. I also had to ask for my roasted red pepper egg bites because they forgot, the young man was polite and apologize, but the young woman needs to be retrained
Before I ordered my drinks, one of the employees (Alex) was cleaning off the counter. While he was cleaning the counter, he picked up the trash, moved it around a bit, then decided to pick it up, and flip it over. After touching the trash can on the top, sides, and even the bottom, he DID NOT wash his hands afterwards. When I ordered my drinks, he touched the top of both cups with his filthy hands.Alex, you work with food and drinks. You are supposed to ALWAYS keep your hands clean while handling these things.

Ok.... the actual product, coffee, when made correctly, is good. But, these people are so cranked on caffeine that they're rate of success is like 50/50. I like to get a triple espresso with cream.. Of the last 3 times I've been, I've gotten espresso with no cream and cream with no espresso, 1 was perfect.
