Imagine an early flight. Arriving early to the airport, braving the long lines, but giving yourself enough time to hit Starbucks before boarding the plane. You get your coffee and bagel ordered and await the satisfaction they will bring. You receive your order and the coffee is excellent, but you bite into a bagel that must have been made in the stone ages it was so stale. With awe you wonder if you should contact a museum to have this ancient food entered as an exhibition of what our ancestors ate. In the end you decide to just let Starbucks know that your bagel was NASTY! Thankfully as I mentioned the coffee was perfect, but please, check the freshness of those bagels every once in awhile.

FLIES ON THE FOOD. FLIES ON THE FOOD. Flies are landing on the food in the case!!
I walked in to grab a beverage, only to walk right out after watching the employees try to get a whole ton of large flies out of their food case. (They were still serving the food to the customers).
Maggots only take 24 hours to hatch.
Might I suggest natural and environmentally friendly bug repellant? 100% peppermint oil or spray.
Please no chemicals to address this issue.

We were ordering and the lady taking our orders having a chat and a laugh with her coworker and half listening to our order. She leaves and we’re waiting to ask for a receipt and she points to the side and says your orders over there. This was just upsetting overall, good thing we didn’t tip. Not friendly AT ALL.

Despite how busy they were mid-day in an airport location, Mary and her team were so kind and helpful and I watched her explain the way Starbucks works to an elderly man and help him pick a drink he might like based off his preferences. Great customer service and hats off to Mary for being a superstar! Please make sure she knows she is appreciated for her effort!

As a Starbucks Partner, the way this place is staffed is horrible. Running 2 partners with a whole line is ridiculous, they need to staff more and help these poor workers out, stop being cheap and help invest in your customers. You’re losing business as I saw sooooo many people walk out of line.

Slowest service ever. Waited 20mnts to get one cafe latte that too when there are hardly few people and most importantly mam has given preference to two pilots who came 10mnts after me. I had to req twice to get a coffee..what do I say?

This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The girl at the register was more invested in her phone than in taking orders. The barista… I’m not sure how to even start. It doesn’t take a long time to make a nitro cold brew. It doesn’t take a long time to make refreshers. It DOES take a long time to get my drink wrong, barely rinse out the container to re-make it, put the wrong lid on it and make it so watered down it barely had taste. Oh, also? Thanks for the crusty old boba bubbles in it. I appreciate it. NOT.
