This is not my firsts time here, and today was not good I ordered on my app the holiday drink , Caramel Brûlée, and order crème brûlée by mistake instead of hot late , I explain to the girl in the window and she was not nice at all, looked like she was in a hurry send my inside if I would like to do something but she told me that I did not going to have a refund because it was paid , and I have to pay again . It was a mistake when I ordered . I would have liked to have had a better response from the girl. Since I’m a customer (the one star is for the customer service)

Drive-thru is faster. The baristas are friendly and efficient, but definitely put more emphasis on getting the cars out when under staffed. Probably need more workers than what was there. Scheduling?? The morning rush is no joke. The dining room was clean and the restrooms were clean and well stocked.

Parking: Tight quarters. Better to park in the Smith's lot and walk over. Plenty of spaces to do that and stretch your legs.

They made my drink watered down and the phone listed on the app is not even in service to call.

They got the Venti caramel Frappuccino down and it was icy, but it was a hot day so it needed a little extra ice so when it melted, it wasn’t all watery. High five on Starbucks.??I just wish they would put more caramel on top of my drink if I ask for no whip cream ,but instead caramel on top.

Ordered a simple drink 3 ingredients hot and had 3 different drinks come out on the 4th order I had to repeat it a 4th time and instead of giving my a clean cup they just reused the last cup which would of been okay if I wasn't allergic to the first 3 drinks even after telling them they said so I called to talk to a manger and was told they didn't have one and it was a bar cew when I ask what does that mean they hung up on me

My husband and I go to this Starbucks almost on a daily basis. Today was one of those days. I order the same thing every time. 2 lattes. 1 tall decaf w/ sf vanilla and 1 iced grande w/ added shot no ice. I recieved my drinks and the grande was only partially filled. I asked the server (didn't catch his name) to fill the rest with milk. This person went at my husband yelling he can't do that bcuz of some policy change. Bcuz of this server blatant rudeness my husband asked for a manager. In the meantime the server kept yelling about what he can't do. My husband asked him to plz be quiet and get the manager. This young man went on to tell my he don't need to be quiet, can say what he wants and the manager is coming. We'll the manager never came out to talk to my husband rather a server who know us came out took care of my husband right away and apologized. There is a new policy but not regarding lattes.
1) changes happen all the time. Understood.
2) servers should be trained on how to disseminate changes in policy to your customers. Without being rude.
3) when issues do arise and a manager is requested a manager should show up.
This server was so blatantly rude I blame the manager whose name I don't know bcuz he didn't think my husband was important enough to talk to.

Service was horrible, I made a Mobile order 5min before I got to the store and then I decided to make another order at the store and I got my in store order before my mobile order and waited a additional 10 min for it when the Starbucks app said it would be ready 10min ago.. she didn’t start making it until I said something about my order

I had a experience every time I come here attitude are terrible customer service the way we get treated is terrible especially the girl at the register I went there today to buy a trenta cup of mango dragon fruit pieces and they gave me a tall when I asked the girl serving us something she litterly rolled her eyes and did not give us what we paid, this is mid day shift so i called corporate and they said as long as we are paying for what we want we are able to so pls reach out to your corporate and they will let u know also for the inconvenience they gave me 25$ credit thanks coporate
