On 09/10/2025 around 10:25 A.M I stopped by the drive thru to pick up a mobile order that I had placed for my office.

Upon arriving, I stop at the speaker box and inform them of my order and they proceed to tell me that they will see me at the window.

Despite being the only car in the drive thru, when I arrive at the window, I wait for about 8-10 minutes. I exchange a smile with the barista at the window and then she shuts the window on me. Under the impression that they are potentially remaking my drinks as I ran a bit late and picked up my order 20 minutes after placing. After a couple more minutes have passed, the barista opens the window and says a total. Confused, I remind her that I am here for a pick up, “For Juan” and I look around and see a car behind me. The barista saw my car for a period of time, my car was on the screen, and did not acknowledge me on purpose until another car was in the drive thru and they could puzzle me as it had slipped their mind that I was there for a pick-up. It felt almost like a joke as the barista had been giggling throughout our entire interaction.
Eventually, I am handed my order with the drinks still with the 10:05am sticker (confirming they were not remaking anything) and was not told anything else except having the window shut again.
The barista did not have a name tag, I was not able to get a number, however, they do have blonde highlights.
As a former Starbucks partner, I understand mid-shifts will get tiring, busy, and hectic, but it is no excuse to treat someone inhumane on a regular basis. I strongly encourage the staff to reevaluate their way of approaching customers. As I felt extremely uncomfortable to be handled that way.

The worst service I waiting 30 minutes for a coffee

The workers are rude & ignore you. The gentleman early morning worker called my name for the food I had ordered, I standing just off to the side waiting on coffee- I see a bunch up there-but don’t see my name on it & nobody has called my name for 2nd half of order. Instead of saying my name. She walks up to the pick up counter & moves it closer to the edge. Oh ok thanks. I mean how are you customers to know who’s is who- especially if u don’t call out name. Even a here’s you coffee will do. But at least acknowledge the people who come in & pay that kind of money for mediocre coffee & service- I should have just went to Dutch Brothers, this was not the 1st time I was treated so poorly. & I tipped her for what. That’s why I like tipping at the end of my service. I used to be a server & would never have treated any paying customers with the I’m entitled act- u kids there are not entitled to nothing-be polite & respectful that’s the only way you will ever truly make it in life- “Be Kind” ( funny thing is that’s what my shirt says ) smh I won’t be back to this location. 3 times or more like this- no ty.

I acknowledge how nobody was team player to assist drive thru employee Jazmyn ( I apologize if I wrote your name wrong) she was polite and patient and I saw her communicating perfectly but she was ignored. Nobody should discriminate an employee of sort way. I understand how you can be short handed but come on where was the team leader and manager to put there part instead of having her give an apology and excuse of being short handed of employees. I appreciate Jazmyn being professional and I hope you get treated better.

So I order a iced caramel macchiato and they give me this milk and coffee plus they took a long time for just one drink I think they have a new crew cause a month ago they didn't have these problems I stop by every day and for the past month it's been bad

This location modifies your order to overcharge you. I ordered a coffee, was charged as a “Pink Drink” to charge me aprox $1.50 bucks over. I find this very deceitful!

This is my second time trying this Starbucks within the past two weeks. Each time I’ve visited, there’s been a long line, and once you finally get to the window, it’s an additional 10-minute wait just for a coffee. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning to this location. You’ll end up spending your entire lunch break waiting, which defeats the convenience of a drive-thru. Definitely disappointing.

Ordered through the Mobile app 10 minutes prior for in store pick up. Seems that the lobby was closed off and was forced to go through the Drive Thru with no staff informing that The lobby was closed. The gentleman had to look for my order and I had to wait longer. If this was only Drive Thru, maybe the app should only have the Drive thru option or have staff indicate some information to the customers.
