I’m not the only review to absolutely despise this place… $50 for my breakfast, there are places less then 100 feet away that give much more food, cooked better for half the price... I ABSOLUTELY regret going here… And there was a WRAPAROUND LINE. You are part of the problem if you support price gouging like this.

Wanted a late-night snack so I went downstairs to this starbucks. Took only my room key since I was coming right back up. Grab my coffee and asked if I could have a nice water and was told that they charge for this. I said can you charge it to my room and I held up my room key. The Barista told me that unless I had an idea that he couldn't do that. I understand policy but I am a 60-year-old woman in a hoodie not some teenager trying to get free water. He could have given me the water and explain it it was a one time courtesy. I'm a Starbucks card member and I used my app.

Insane orice gauge for about everything on the menu, 3x the price of CALIFORNIA. My guy California is already inflated, Vegas should be 50% inflation from California at most

The smallest, uncut, unfilled empty jalapeño wrap ever. Took several bites and had nothing but the wrap. Store had no napkins for customers.

Charge for water $2.17 when you bought coffee is something unbelievable. Starbucks always was garbage cafe and after this I will never visit it again

I had to wait over 40 minutes for my 2 item order this last weekend. Which was 100% avoidable but they had a barista just standing around doing nothing! They were chatting with other customers waiting over 30 minutes and not working! They said it's a new position they're being forced to do and instead of making drinks they do nothing. Management here has never worked and seen how busy it gets. Don't come here unless you have nothing else planned.

Unprofessional , careless attitude and scam alert.

There was no electricity on the charging station of this Starbuck. Pointed that out to them and they didn’t care. They didn’t even say we will fix it , and told me it have been like that forever and told me they didn’t cared about the problem they had even though I was their customer. Even though I reported it to the staff , that girl didn’t even reported that to the manager or anyone and just continued talking on a call with her family .Such a bad customer service. The only reason this Starbuck is still here is because it’s inside flamingo hotel and they get the customer of the hotel.

Worst service ever… tipped 20% every time for them just to pour coffee in a cup and hand it to me and still be treated like a nuisance when trying to get enough cream and sugar for same coffee

Prices are double the usual and the waiting time is ridiculous

App told me it would be 20-23minute wait for my mobile order. Had time to get my belongings from the room, check out and didn't really have complaints as all the employees were hands on deck.
