Very rude male staff member, i asked him a question about the $3 drinks and his response was aggressive. Ive been coming to this starbucks for years, never once experienced something even remotely close to what I experienced today. Not to mention the drink tasted watered down…disappointed

Green tape used on cups where you drink from leaves sticky residue when removed. It’s pretty frustrating to drink from the cup if no straw is being used as glue ends up on your lips.

YOU NEED A SIGN FOR YOUR DOOR WHEN YOU ARE RUNNING THROUGH YOUR DRIVE-THRU ONLY. IT IS SO UNPLEASANT TO HAVE TO GET OUT OF MY CAR AND TRY OPENING YOUR DOOR AND THEN GET BACK INTO MY CAR AFTERWARDS. MY TIME IS VALUABLE AND I DON'T APPRECIATE IT BEING WASTED. NOT TO MENTION IF SOMEONE COMES TO TRY TO PICK UP A PAY HEAD ORDER THEY NOW HAVE TO GO TO THE DRIVE-THRU. IT MAKES YOUR PICKUPS AND DELIVERIES A JOKE

Drove to this particular location because they advertised that they are open till 11pm which is later than other locations. But it's 10:45 and doors are locked and lights are off. There are employees inside cleaning up. Don't waste gas coming to this location they apparently are closed prior to 11pm.

The Baristas at this Starbucks are the best people to see every day, not once but twice a day. They remember you by face, drink, eats and use your name with great smiles if you're in the drive-thru or walk in the store. ? It is always clean with a refreshing scent and amazing happiness from the staff and customers. ? Notes like this when you drive away warms your heart. ?
