A couple of days ago, I visited your establishment for a drink. While I was waiting, I witnessed an interaction between a customer and a cashier named James that was very concerning. As the customer was placing her order, James displayed rude and unprofessional behavior, sighing and huffing throughout the interaction.

When he handed the customer her change, their hands briefly touched, and he responded by saying “ew,” wiping his hand, and then immediately going to wash his hands. This behavior was disrespectful and inappropriate, especially in a customer service setting.

I believe all customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and this incident did not reflect the level of respect one should expect. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.

I had the worst experience at this Starbucks. I came here to get a coffee that I was really excited to try. When It was my turn to order, the cashier (that I didn’t know was the manager) was being extremely rude, taking deep breaths. Didn’t think it was for me until he was writing down my order on the cup & was nodding his head as he proceeded to take deep breaths. He seemed annoyed & I wasn’t sure why. When the cashier gave me my change my nail/finger barely touched his hand and he loudly said ewww and rushed to wash his hands. I was in complete shock & didn’t understand why he acted the way he did. I waited for my drink with a knot in my throat & shaking. When I got home I tried calling the Starbucks to speak to the manager & unfortunately he answered & he is the manager. I don’t understand how people can be in customer service let alone be a manager with this type of behavior. Unacceptable.

This place never had any pastries or croissants. They say they just ran out even if you stop by when they open. A few times I’ve had my order wrong.

I’ve been coming here for a while, and it’s not a bad place if you’re not in a hurry. However, be prepared to be charged extra for everything, even switching out flavors- not extra but r changing them, once was charge for asking for less because it was a change?!. That’s one thing, but I choose to come on occasion knowing that so just pay it. The worst part is 80% of the time they’re incredibly slow and I mean SLOW. Not because they are busy but because they sit and chat and laugh, and goof and just don’t care about the line even when it’s 10 people deep. The young male lead doesn’t know how to lead a team efficiently.

A perfect example happened this morning. I left this morning after 10 minutes in line there were still had the same 6 people in front of me. It looked like they might be training a new girl, but the guy lead wasn’t helping her, just watching over her shoulder not helping her at all. (I think it was also hindered by the customer not knowing what she wanted) But this is when you open the second register or start asking the people behind what they want to help control the line. There were four employees back behind the counter all who were just standing because there were no drinks to make yet.

I will say that there’s one little blonde girl who they’ve made assistant manager. Whenever she’s there, she’s very professional and the goofing game laughing is a minimum. As a result, things run very smoothly and I’m normally able to get through the line quickly. As a customer I’ve overheard the other girls talking about her, but from the outside it seems like they don’t like her because she’s there to do her job correctly. I’ve heard her sometimes giving them direction or constructive criticism, and they give her attitude for it right in front of the customers.. last example was the sharpie on the cup. She was making the drinks and told the girl who was writing the names to remember to do something and use the fine liner. And as she took my order she gestured to me her distain coupled with an eye roll.

I went in to buy 4 large traveler coffees for a Corporate event. I wanted to prepay and come back in the morning or have an employee grab it however the manager Ashley refused stating “no for camera purposes” which confused me because what is the point of a receipt? I was willing to have them take a pic of my ID. However Ashley I guess is allergic to money?
I do a corporate event once a month…. Feels like she missed out on money to be made.

Every morning my beautiful Goddaughter stops at this location to buy a coffee for herself and her mother on her way to work. It is the worst tasting coffee, tastes old like if it was left from the night before. It sometimes tastes over milked, like there trying to hide the bad taste. She works hard for her money and should be able to get a good tasting cup of coffee which is what she pays for. Funny thing is, it's only in the morning because at night or later in the day the coffee is great, so who ever is running the morning shift needs to be retrained or fired. My Goddaughters mom says the location on lakemead and civic center is great. Hope corporate sees this so they can do some retraining.
