My friends credit card broke off in the credit card machine and the awesome staff took the time to do everything possible to get the broken piece out they were very friendly and worked as a team together continuing to take care of the drive-through orders but unfortunately had to wait behind us well they did their best which they were successful and we are grateful for way to go Starbucks thank you.

Tried to stop here, but they closed the lobby at 6pm when they close at 8pm. They had a hand written sign saying the lobby closes at 6pm and drive thru open for cars only. This spot is downtown where many people walk to it. WTH do people do when they dont have a car to go through the drive thru. Seems like lazy workers to me. Such a dissapointment. Starbucks peeps you failed.

I expected the lines and chaos. Just don’t order the sandwiches. The bacon gouda sandwich was soooo bad. The bacon looks like slivers of undercooked ham. Looks nothing like the picture and the egg was mealy tasting. For $9 it’s terrible
The online ordering is awful now too. They set the online orders off to the side and you have to flag someone down to ask if one of them is yours.

I'm not entirely sure why it says the place is open until 8pm when in fact it's already closed 20 minutes before. I stopped on the way home for a hot coffee on a cold evening for nothing.

I am an Australian tourist and I accidentally left my wedding ring on a table 10 minutes before closing time. Josh, a lovely manager, put it in the safe for me to collect the next day. In all of my panic, my faith in humanity was restored. Thank you Josh and Starbucks team!

I love this location Starbucks and the employee Raven she has great customer service skills I had a tumor removed from my eye and can only see out one eye and so people are short with me and mean in customer service in most places this lady was beyond amazing with holding things together and getting my drink for me after I described what I wanted she gave the perfect drink! Keep her on the team huge positive attitude and make the people busy with the drinks have a better attitude than to
