They said I needed to buy something to get a cup of water while I was really thirsty cuz of the heat they wouldn’t give just some water a person in there felt bad and just decided to buy me a drink but it’s crazy they saw me all sweaty and thirsty and couldn’t give me just water

Food & service is good.
But just like anywhere else in Las Vegas, lots of homeless inside and around the Starbucks. The outside patio looked trashed and was scared to even eat food out there as it was very dirty from the public.

IDK but this was the clincher for me being done overpaying for just a blk Americana at Starbucks!! $6 plus $1 tip only to get really obnoxious attitude from the barista because I asked her to run the hot water a little so that it would be hot. I've had so many lukewarm Americanas over the years and they have no way of reheating anything soo...... Guess just over the Starbucks experience used to be so pleasant, not anymore. The only power we have in this country is where we spend our money.

This is a nice place in a great location. I came here a few times during my visit to Vegas.
However, as far as making it a comfortable place to hang out as company leadership claims they want to do, I feel that is very lacking. Several times, there were people inside that took up more than one table for all of their belongings, and there were clearly unstable people who yelled at customers as they walked by, which the staff chose to ignore, or laugh at. This location would benefit from a security presence that deals with violent outbursts rather than tolerates them.
I stayed long enough to charge my laptop and moved on to one of the other area coffee shops where this kind of thing wasn’t happening.

I’m a regular customer (came here at least 30 times so far) and have always appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff here.

But today was a disappointing experience. There was a long wait, and I urgently needed to use the restroom. I explained to one of the staff members that I would make a purchase after, as I couldn’t wait in line first. Still, he refused to give me the restroom code unless I bought something.

I’ve visited Starbucks locations all over the country, and this is the first time I’ve been denied restroom access in such a situation. It left me feeling like this store cares more about transactions than its regular customers. Whether this comes down to poor management or misplaced priorities, the result is the same—I left and will not return.

Disappointing to see loyalty overlooked over a simple request.

Shout out to my awesome rainbow-haired barista: great chat, superfast, friendly service and an excellent frapuccino on top of all that. You seriously made my day, possibly my week. Thank you!!

The coffee was not
When I asked for cream in my coffee, the associate filled my cup to the rim and when I opened it too add sugar it spilled all over me.

This is now a last resort stop for me.

Came in to buy something. GF had a female EMERGENCY and the MEN at the front not only LAUGHED that she had the emergency, they insisted on processing a transaction before allowing her to use the restroom even after I agreed to buy something. Despicable inconsiderate employees.

Even so, is right next to the courthouse, it's extremely cool. Empty location, so if you're in a rush to get coffee, I'll recommend this area. You're never going to have a line

Starbucks refreshers never disappoint. Especially the dragon drink. The staff is very professional and attentive. Great place to hang out. I liked the employee with the blue hair. I'm not sure if she was the manager but she was very nice and professional as was the staff.

This location‘s name should be updated to “Starbucks Soup Kitchen”.

I still can’t figure out why Starbucks policies are so accommodating to people that don’t spend any money at their establishments. I think it’s a holdover of outgoing woke culture influence, and the corporate fear that Starbucks will somehow get canceled if they don’t allow dirty, smelly homeless people and addicts to have unlimited free water, bring in food and beverages from other businesses (like big gulps from 711), destroy their restrooms, and sleep on their furniture both inside and out, all day. The real problem is that paying customers like me are essentially being used to crowdsource all of this.

Stores like this do not stand alone. It’s obvious that they are representative of Starbucks culture.

Lucky for us, there are higher quality options with higher standards, better service, and less nonsense. I’ll catch you at one of those.
