Starbucks refreshers never disappoint. Especially the dragon drink. The staff is very professional and attentive. Great place to hang out. I liked the employee with the blue hair. I'm not sure if she was the manager but she was very nice and professional as was the staff.

This location‘s name should be updated to “Starbucks Soup Kitchen”.

I still can’t figure out why Starbucks policies are so accommodating to people that don’t spend any money at their establishments. I think it’s a holdover of outgoing woke culture influence, and the corporate fear that Starbucks will somehow get canceled if they don’t allow dirty, smelly homeless people and addicts to have unlimited free water, bring in food and beverages from other businesses (like big gulps from 711), destroy their restrooms, and sleep on their furniture both inside and out, all day. The real problem is that paying customers like me are essentially being used to crowdsource all of this.

Stores like this do not stand alone. It’s obvious that they are representative of Starbucks culture.

Lucky for us, there are higher quality options with higher standards, better service, and less nonsense. I’ll catch you at one of those.

A lot of homeless people hanging around. I asked for more sweetener & didn't get it.

On Sat, Nov 16th, around 945am I had an amazing experience with one of your outstanding employees. I had a drink remade that another Starbucks messed up. Thank you for making my day.

Service was really great. The person taking my order was friendly and gave me options. I ended up not liking the drink I ordered and the person who made it for me was so nice about making something else for me. One of the better experiences I've had at Starbucks.

If you're looking at the old photos, and seeing power sockets, don't be fooled: those are old photos. No power sockets here.

Several dirty empty tables. Staff standing around talking. Sitting area a mess. Bathrooms roped off. Very disappointed. Was there for a client meeting. Embarrassed that I chose it.

The "caramel ribbon 🎀 crunch " is my favorite cold drink. It's definitely a must try!! There is so much more with the new carbonated drinks with a caffeine kick.

This location has gone down in service and quality in the last year. I order by my mobile app and 15 minutes later my items are still not ready. They care more about their drive thru then the customers inside. The staff is rude and spend a lot of time talking to each other than working. I am done with this

It's the worst place. Employees serve customers with anger, they believe that since they are in the midst of homeless, all customers are homeless. It's a place to never return. I arrived, ordered my order, paid and then tried to go to the bathroom to wash my hands and they denied me the service. Then they told me that if I needed to go to the bathroom I could do it outside where there were a lot of homeless people. It's the worst. You have to check the type of equipment they hire. They are the worst.

Efficient mobile order service. Staff are friendly. The location is a double edged sword: on the one hand, it’s fairly easy to access. On the other hand, you’re smack downtown, and you’re going to find a fair amount of unhoused folks- maybe not directly in the establishment, but around the area. This may make some folks feel unsafe (women, for instance). So best to get in and out.

However, there are courts and other government buildings around, so a good security presence. During two visits, I have found it to be fine.

A good amount of seating, inside and out.
