3 ladies(if you can even call them that) were working . I came to get a caramel frappe for my mom and these ladies had nasty attitude. I was waiting for around 5 minutes and I was the only customer there. They saw me since they were talking amongst themselves but didn’t even say a hello or I’ll be right there with you. They had extremely bad attitude. Especially The one who rung me up.

Very rude little girl that took my order. Condescending and unhelpful. However the barista made perfect white chocolate mochas and love the location of it right outside the elevators

I got grande almond latte. Idk why but this coffee was not fresh it was awful tasting. I think this Starbucks needs to be updated the coffee machine. I didn’t taste even coffee’s taste. I don’t recommend this branch of Starbucks. After I drank this, I felt sick🥲

ordered a trenta iced coffee. got a small with 7 pumps of syrup. ordered an egg white/spinach wrap and tried to order sausage egg and cheese biscuit for my kid. the barista kept trying to tell me i was trying to change the spinach wrap and they were pre-made. I gave her the same attitude she gave me which was awful.

Long line, expensive, taste awful and weak espresso,90% milk. Will no go there anymore.

Standard Starbucks location: unremarkable. Although they do accept the Starbucks app, they do NOT allow ordering ahead. This is a major inconvenience as the line for guests waiting to order can be long. Please fix this deficiency.

Plenty of seating, however, the ambient music is far too loud. It is difficult to have a close conversation competing with the music.

Wifi is plentiful & free, although, speeds can be rather slow: do not expect glitch-free streaming.

Overall, will return to this location even though prices are elevated due to its proximity to the tourist/casino area.

The most expensive Starbucks coffee location yet the only one that doesn’t give refills, greedy AF

The cashier gives you really bad face. Better off go to world resort and get Starbucks there.

Angelina did an absolutely amazing job. Her customer service is beyond compare and I am so grateful to her for making the day special. Thank you from Jonathan from Texas!!!

Paid nearly 5 dollars for a very weak espresso. Should have known better than to go to Starbucks.

Went to Starbucks to ask for dark roast and the woman told me they only serve one kind of coffee now. I turned around and walked away and I will never go to Starbucks again. I can't believe this company is only serving one kind of coffee.

It's a Starbucks. Only difference that it's even more overpriced as a non hotel location.

I wanted to have my own cup filled there, like I do every morning. The unfriendly lady wanted to charge me for the largest size. Since I've had my cup filled at Starbucks several times, I know that only a medium size fits in there. After arguing with the passive aggressive lady, she charged me for a medium size and filled the cup halfway and handed it to me with a cheeky grin. I can't recommend it.

They told me a bagel was $2, but it was $2.95. They then told me they would process the refund later, but it doesn't seem like they have.
