I went through the drive thru and when the lady handed me the drink the lid popped off and it was a struggle to get it out on and it spilled all over me. Jasmine was standing there trying her hardest to not look at me. Then tapped on my horn real quick and she rolled her eyes and walked away so when I started honking and obviously not going to leave she came to the window and I showed her the drink that was spilled all over me and asked for some napkins she then rolled her eyes again and handed me some. She doesn’t need to be in customer service if she’s going to act like the customer is such and inconvenience when needing a napkin for the drink that they didn’t properly close in the first place!!!!
Does not have indoor seating… this is BS Starbucks!
If I wanted coffee to go, I’d go to a gas station.
You charge the prices you charge, least you can do is provide a place to sit.

Go to this Starbucks a lot, one time asked for just a water and they said I couldn’t get it without an order. First starbucks to ever do that and it’s disappointing

I ordered a tall vanilla bean frappucino with an extra shot of espresso. What I got was a quarter of the cup of actual liquid (the Tall is already tiny enough) and then nothing but whipped cream and air. Oh and no extra shot that I paid for. I waited for 15 minutes in line, paid cash, wasn't given a receipt, so when I contacted them online they said they couldn't do anything. So $8 right down the drain. I'll stick with Dutch Bros.

If I could give zero stars to this company, I would right now. You guys should be completely ashamed of yourselves as human beings. It was 105° out and my 17 year-old son was out on foot in this hot weather. He made a mistake and left his water bottle at school so as he’s waiting for the next bus, he’s extremely thirsty so he figures there’s a Starbucks, a safe place to get some free water because he didn’t have any money on him. Your staff member denied him a cup of water! First of all, this is inhumane, Secondly, what God gave anybody the right to turn down another human being of some water ? I doubt any God would permit that. Lastly, I would just like to add that myself and my entire family were loyal customers for last 38 years at least and we will never spend another dollar at your company ever again! Shame on you For having a company policy that allows you to deny someone of a cup of water!!!!

I went this morning around 9am and ordered an iced lavender matcha latte which COMES WITH CLASSIC SYRUP . The person taking my order said they are out of the classic syrup and if I would like to substitute it for any other syrup, like brown sugar syrup or vanilla. I usually like the way the drink is, but I settled for brown sugar syrup since they were out of it, you know? …Then the person taking the order proceeds to charge me extra for the brown sugar syrup?? And so I point out that there shouldn’t be an extra charge for the brown sugar syrup since they are inconveniencing me by being out of stock of the classic syrup that usually is in the iced lavender matcha latte. (Makes sense right?) but the person taking the order said that they were still going to charge me anyway…another employee butted in and was even more rude and full of attitude when I was literally just calmly trying to get them to understand why that made no sense. “yeah so that’s only way that we can do it and we will have to charge you for it”…. That literally makes no sense!!😭It was very annoying because how are you going to charge a customer EXTRA for YOUR inconvenience, its not even a hard fix😐I cancelled the order and left the drive thru.
