I come here everyday now today I just wanted Ice water I was told I have to make a purchase per policy knowing damn well that's not a policy keep losing money.

This place is hit or miss at best. They do drive thru and walk up. You can't go inside. Probably due to the homeless people. You'll get harassed by the homeless in the drive thru and walking up to the park and pick up window. It wouldn't be so bad if your drink was made right.

On the fence with this location. Been there a few times and it didn't seem quite the next level that all other Starbucks are. Could just be the area it's in...or training issues.
I appreciate this Starbucks for making it right when my drink was messed up twice in a row. They didn't charge me to have it remade and were willing to do it till they got it right. Thanks again.

You can't go inside so be prepared to just drive thru! And they share the same drive thru with another fast food restaurant which makes the wait twice as long! Other than that I have to say they have great coffee and serve it with a smile!

Waited 30 minutes just to be served a drink full of milk and no coffee. Not a bit of brown in it. Didn't feel like going inside and asking for a new one due to the time wasted, so I threw it away. I drink coffee dailu and have never experienced this before.
