I cannot stand when I go to a Starbucks to be able to enjoy a drink and sandwich inside. If you’re in the ghetto and cannot have your lobby open in the middle of the day then get security or something. This location was also so slow and forgot my food. No one in front of me. While I wait at the walk up window pregnant. Two girls working and zero smiling or nice service.

Been going to Starbucks for 15+ years, and hands down this is my favorite. The service here is on point and the biggest factor is the personableness there. My favorite baristas of all time!Kid-friendliness: My dog loves them too!! ❤️❤️

Today I wanted to get some Starbucks at this Starbucks I’m a regular and never, never had a problem here but when I wen threw the drive threw these 2 girls where very unprofessional they where sniffing and coughing into the mic I get that but when they said they didn’t have my drink I asked if I could get 2 minutes to get a new drink and that lady told me to have a nice night while coughing and sniffing into the Mic while the girl was laughing in the back which made me very unhappy. On Monday January 29 2024 around 8:11.Like I said I’ve never had a problem at that Starbucks but today I really am disappointed that I could not get my drink

I’m a loyal Starbucks customer all over the world and I liked it. Coming to this Starbucks point I checked in advance if there’s an indoor cafe or just drive in service.The pictures in the Google Maps showed nice indoor place.When I arrived it turned out that no opportunity to seat is there.I was really disappointed and all of my plans for the day were ruined by this fact.I spoke to the lady who introduced herself as a responsible for this branch. I informed her that the photographs of the place are not relevant and misled me and ask to fix it for the other customers.She was rude to me in response. She started to say that she has nothing to do with it and that she doesn’t care that this makes customers to be disappointed.It’s not ok, Starbucks.

I went to this Starbucks drive thru for a warm drink tonight 12/21/23, I was really craving a salted caramel white mocha and when I ordered it I was told, "we don't have that". I replied to them that they do have that and it's just the toffee nut and white mocha syrup. Then, another lady came on the loud speaker and gave a whole lecture about how I should tell future Starbucks baristas the recipe because they might not know what I'm talking about... I get to the pickup window and they tried handing me what looked like a Frappuccino and I told the barista I didn't want a Frappuccino, I wanted a warm drink. Her response was, " this isn't a Frappuccino " still holding the drink to me. She missed the point, which is I ordered a warm drink. She seemed annoyed and I just wanted my warm drink. The barista eventually took the cold drink back to the bar area and came out with my warm drink, which tasted meh. Very unfortunate and unpleasant experience. I had to pay for a crappy tasting drink and rude customer service.

My best friend needed to show her ID at the window. She explains she doesn't have it (she left her wallet at home, purely accidental), and the employee Nicole begins to lecture her how illegal it is to drive around without an ID. Not really so much of a customer hospitality feeling to go ahead and make her feel bad for an accident.

No one is wearing a hair net and then they only have 2 workers 1 taking all the orders and the other sweeping. Order was not correct and had to wait for the lady to take a window order before coming back to us in the drive thru to fix the order correctly. No apologies given.

This is a drive thru or walk up / mobile order only location. No sit in, just pick up the order and go or eat in your car in the pkg lot.Employees are friendly, and the food items were great! Service was expedient. Will visit again when I'm in the area.Vegetarian options: I prefer the red pepper egg bites and their oatmeal with freah blueberries and mixed nut pkg. Add a few pats of butter - love it.
