On February 8th, I suffered racial discrimination from a Starbucks employee.I ordered 2 cups of coffee at 2:38pm and the waitress Stephanie asked to know my name.I told her Park and told her how to spell it (I'm Korean).However, the coffee I received had "Puck" written on it.As soon as I got my coffee, I thought she swore.I couldn't think it was a mistake because I said my name twice and told her how to spell it.To find out from her, I asked her what the meaning of Puck was and explained the situation, but she kept ignoring what I said, didn't even look at me, and repeated "I can't hear you" several times.Through her actions, I was convinced that THIS WAS RACISM AND NOT A MISTAKE.Stephanie I hope you know how bad of a person you are.And why does Starbucks hire people like this?Shame on you.

Regular Starbucks food & drinks, but the number of seating is limited.The decorative design on the wall are amazing, but thats all there is to it. The tables & floor around the tables were not clean.The one big thing about all the Starbucks in the Strip hotels (MGM, Venetian, etc.) do not allow touching your tumbler / reusable cups at all, so EVERYTHING is dealt with disposable? even for filling up hot water in our tumbler wasnt allowed.I guess they just got used to throw stuff out since after Covid.

9 bucks for a trenta ICED COFFEE BLACK, Min extortion tip is 18% Charged me for cream cheese -I clearly annunciate "BUTTER" since they get it wrong at least 20% of the time. What a JOKE.

It was the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.We waited for 30 minutes because the work was too slow even though the queue wasn't very long, and when we placed the order, we were racist. If you told us that we only have iced Americano and latte now, we didn't even ask for their names. But the next guest had no such restriction. I didn't see her name, but it was like a woman named Jessica. She has black skin and black curls. If you read this article, I hope you reflect on yourself and don't take such an attitude to other customers in the future. The image of Starbucks has become very bad and she shouldn't do that with that mindset

I’m not here to complain but the behavior of one the workers towards me was unacceptable. I didn’t get a chance to get her name but it’s a latino women in her early 20s working the 5pm shift. There was a mixup with a women with the same order and drink as me but there were a few changes. I talked to the worker, the latino women, and instead of trying to resolve the issue, she made a fuss about it and gave me the worst attitude anyone could give in this industry. At the end, I didn’t receive my proper order.
This Starbucks is terrible - they wanted $11.00 for a coffee - normally they are $6:00 and this Starbucks was in Harrah’s - a very busy location - and they only had 2 staff / they were doing the job that required a minimum of 6 staff . I have lost all respect for

Don't like the service here. Totally ignored the line and started serving other customers. Took way too long for 1 drink. And, when the drink came, it was too much milk, not enough coffee. My latte was more like coffee flavored milk. Would not recommend.

1. The coffee was made just as well as other Starbucks locations!2. The spot has fun casual vibes as it is located inside a casino!3. The staff were friendly and quick with my drink! It took less than 5 mins!Note: Since it is located inside a casino, there are no bathrooms! But there are bathrooms in the casino!
