I am a customer who consumes in this store every day. The restroom is not allowed to be used by customers, and the attitude is bad. Today, customers are not allowed to consume because of the waiter's own problem and refuse to serve customers! I have never encountered such a rubbish Starbucks store! It is best to avoid this store with bad attitude when consuming!

BAD MANAGEMENT! POOR TRAINING. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST WAY TO IMPLEMENT BATHROOM POLICY! I have been a Starbucks customer for 16 years and thousands of dollars. This is turning me off to their products. On a store level, ALL managers and staff need to be aware that you have control over how to properly handle this policy. If you yourselves need training, then get do so. Otherwise, you are going to lose your job as your stores close one by one due to the loss of revenue. This is a competitive market and you need to get a clue. There are ways to handle policies that don't turn customers away. I advise EVERY customer to AVOID any location that won't allow access to the bathroom before ordering.

Iām a daily Starbucks customer around the world and have never felt the need to leave a review or call corporateāuntil now. Employee, Oscars need to have control over how much milk a customer gets was truly mind boggling.
At the Spring Mountain & Valley View location in Las Vegas, I paid for a venti coffee but was handed a cup that was only 2/3 full. When I asked for a simple top-off with whole cold milk (easy request), as I do most days elsewhere, I was flatly told ānoā.
Oscar, who claimed to be the manager, was mocking, condescending, and even threatened to call security when I calmly questioned why I was being shorted. Iāve never been treated with such disrespect, over something so small.
This experience left me feeling robbed somehow and bullied, and itās completely out of step with the Starbucks brand Iāve supported for years. I never received what I ordered even though I waited for quite some time. I called corporate from the drive through that was shut down by Oscarās strong reaction. Calling corporate (for the first time ever) and I received a refundābut the lack of professionalism from Oscar and lost revenue due to Oscarās actions, deserves attention. He should not be in a public-facing role. Again, mind boggling experience, but I managed to remember to pull out a camera toward the end of the interactionā¦. Waited 5 minutes in line while empty just now ! Not one person said hi not one person asked if I needed anything while I was at the cashier . Just kept getting looked at the whole time and walked by .

This is my normal Starbucks stop on the way to work. Never had an issue until today. Tried to pull into drive thru at 6am and it was closed. Woke up early for this. Iām handicap so itās hard for me to walk with a drink and food with my walker stepping down the sidewalk. Drive thru is a big help for me. Now I have no coffee and no breakfast. :(
