The team members at this location have surpassed the traditional level of adequacy & out-done all the other locations I have visited in Las Vegas. I left my new chromebook & drinks there one evening, recently, & the staff returned it to me the next day without issue, along with the drink(s)! THANKS, YALL FOR BEING SOLID. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL! ????Parking: Pretty straightforward...spacious enough to fit a crowd during busy hours.

I'm not sure why this Starbucks has such low stars - ordered my coffee from here all week and they got it right every time. My drink is an easy one to mess up (and that frequently happens back home in OC) We ordered ahead "to go" and they were quick and timely and polite when we came in. Great job yall!

I've become a regular since this Starbucks is across the street from my business, never had a unpleasant experience this is the number 1 Starbucks in Las Vegas the crew gives excellent customer service every time and it helps you start your day off right. impossible breakfast sandwich and that vt chocolate cream cold with the recommended add shot from my man Jey.

Wow, was not expecting such a friendly inviting place. Grown used to Starbucks being assembly line efficient with little personal service. This place gave me hope that Starbucks can still be a neighborhood coffee shop.
I went through the drive thru last night and the crew working were kind and caring. They helped me out despite my weird circumstance. Thank you for your help!

I arrived at 8:20 pm and I stayed waiting in the Drive thru to ask for my order. There was another car behind me and since they didn't answer me, I went up to the window and the workers passed by and saw me and didn't say anything to me until I knocked. the window and asked and they told me it was closed, it was 8:35 and the application says they open at 9pm, bad service

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Starbucks on 4507 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas I've been a frequent customer at Starbucks, but my recent experiences at the 4507 W Flamingo Rd location in Las Vegas have left me quite disappointed. The staff's friendliness seems to be lacking, and the cleanliness of the bathroom is a concern. On multiple visits, I noticed the lack of soap in the dispenser, which is not in line with Starbucks' hygiene standards. Additionally, it appears that only one of the two bathrooms is available for customers, and the other seems reserved for the Starbucks staff, which may be a potential violation of Starbucks' corporate policy. Adding to the frustration, I've noticed that the tables and seats are often not cleaned thoroughly. Dirty residues and dirt are a common sight. Another point of concern is the early closure of the store. Despite the supposed closing time of 8 pm, it seems to shut down earlier consistently. I believe addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall customer experience at this Starbucks location. I hope my feedback helps in making positive changes.
