I came today 02/03/26 at around 12:20pm and tell me why when I walked in the manager is the first person
I see but she didn’t acknowledge me at all. Your “busy” I get it but a simple “we’ll be right with you” takes nothing to say. You just eyed me for a few seconds and say nothing ? That was rude and weird. (If you had time to stare at me you had time to say something to me). Not sure if it was a supervisor or manager but it was one or the other because she had a black shirt , jeans and no apron. Even the barista busy in the drive thru said hello a minute later. And I don’t usually make reviews ever but my mind really wanted to share that experience. Just because you’re a higher up doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have basic customer service skills. Hope your baristas aren’t miserable working there.

I used to fly around the country teaching customer service so it's hard to impress me.
The staff here is fantastic.
I've had to come here almost every day for about 7 weeks now and even though I'm sure they're tired of me, they treat me great.
And not just me. I see them giving everyone great service.
Bravo.

What happened to this location? I come here every week and always get the same order with no problems until recently. They keep making my drink wrong by adding extra ice or light ice when that’s not what I order, and the milk keeps coming out curdled. I’ve had to ask for a remake almost every visit. Today they remade it three times. The first had too much milk. The second had curdled milk. The third still had curdled milk. Very disappointing

So I have been going to this location for over 18 yrs. The only food I ever order is the bakery items. I finally decide to order a lunch item because it looked so dang good. They hand me my food items and one of my drinks Then the girl says you're all set like she gave me everything almost forgetting to hand me my other drink had I not said something to her. I get my other drink and drive away. I'm too excited to eat the food which was a tomato and mozzarella on focaccia. So as I am pulling away I open the bag it was in and it was nice and hot. Grabbed it expecting to be cut in half like the photo but it wasn't which is fine. I grab the sandwich and one side is flopping around empty with nothing in it but what looks like pesto and the bottom is wet and soggy. I open it up and there is literally a small piece of tomato and a little bit of mozzarella cheese melted and a bunch of the pesto in the middle. This is not what I paid for and I am very disappointed to say the least. Now I know why I never order food from here but instead only bakery items. I will be getting my money back and I dont want another sandwich this was the 1st and last experience with it. Thanks for ruining my lunch Starbucks now I just don't eat lunch. I can't go back because I have to work I was on a time limit and the drive-thru wait was long enough even though there was only one car and it was already at the window. I waited and waited just to tell them I had a mobile order. If they were super busy I wouldn't even be writing this review but they weren't busy inside or drive thru. Get it together y'all this was not a good visit not good at all. So annoyed right now. 👎🏼

Overall, the experience is decent, but there’s a recurring issue that’s become frustrating. Every time I ask for extras—like an additional shot or extra caramel—I’m charged for them, but they’re often not included in the drink. I can usually tell when these additions are actually made, especially compared to other locations where the difference is noticeable.
Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short in delivering what I’ve paid extra for. Whether it’s the caramel or the espresso shot, it feels like I’m being charged for something I’m not receiving. This has happened multiple times, and despite giving the store a chance to improve, nothing has changed.
Going forward, I’ve decided not to return to this location. I’d rather go somewhere that respects the customer’s order and ensures they get what they paid for.

I go to Starbucks everyday for the same drink and for some reason every time I come to this location my drink is always made wrong it’s literally so annoying having to deal with this especially cause you spend a lot of money coming here my visit here was this morning and the barista that work there are not doing a good job when it comes to the drinks please hire new people, from now on I will not be coming to this location and the girl with the purple hair that works there has a horrible attitude get a different job if you hate it so much period!!!!
Love this location, for some reason their coffe is way better than the rest!
Only Real Starbucks for more than an hour drive. Friendly staff.

The drive thru and the area is convenient. Staff are friendly and leave nice notes like Yum, Enjoy, and a heart emoji. It is a very kind message for anyone to receive. Also, it is easy and quick. They also kindly will check to make sure you got your items you need even if they run out. Thank you for making the day!!
