I like that this location doesn't get crowded as much as other Starbucks so the waiting time isn't much even when they have BOGO or other events.

Xavier is the sweetest thing to walk this earth! I live really close, so I put in my mobile order from my driveway. I always leave time just in case it is busy. It was busy. There were only two cars in front of me but I think they both ordered a good amount of drinks to the point where there were 4 or 5 cars behind me. Like I said, I was not in a rush. I got to the window, and Xavier was so upbeat. In the nicest way possible, he basically said he was having a rough day. He didn't let it change his customer service. He was nice, sweet, and has an amazing personality. You can tell he's a hard worker and enjoys what he does. I'm in the restaurant industry, and it's hard to find people who care like that. I always go to this Starbucks because of the convenience of it being next to the freeway. Now I am going to more because of him. Just knowing someone who cares makes me know my drink will be great. I got a strawberry frappuccino, and it was delicious! I tip in the app and added more to my tip after my experience with him.

I'm sorry but I was literally the only person in the store and I waited over 15 minutes for 2 drinks. They had the drive thru but STILL. Like I literally had to ask them to start making my drink because the wait was ridiculous. And again I stress, I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE

This Starbucks location is the best idc what anyone has to say. EVERYTIME I go (which is often), not only is my coffee always made the best, but the service is always so friendly! I always order my drink on the app and walk in to pick it up and it's always made fast and delicious. Every other Starbucks I go to never makes my drink correctly; this place has never done me wrong. The baristas here are always super kind and awesome. They know I always like a sleeve on my drink and they are super helpful whenever there is an issue. I come here everyday and they always make my drink perfect, thanks!

These girls are always in la la land. I only go here because it’s in my way to work. It’s annoying to pick up your mobile orders pastries and have them be spread out at the register where people are placing their orders talking and exchanging money. There is no leadership here you can tell. They don’t read your specific requests when ordering simple blueberries with your oatmeal. they are all super ditzy
