Really wish that the hours for drive thru being different from the lobby was indicated on your site. It says open at 5 , so I planned my bus route to have somewhere safe to wait but only the drive thru was open and I was mad and in the rain. It's a very important distinction.

I wouldn't waste my time going here. The drive thru workers are rude and nasty. They spill the drinks and hand it to you without a napkin or wiping the drink off so it doesn't spill on your clothes! Messy! Rude!

I just have a terrible drive through experience here this morning.The voice of the girl who took my order is extremely small and I can barely hear her. When I get to the window to pay and pick my drink, the girl by the window looks so annoyed and being rude to me. Very very awful experience.

I usually never give a feedbacks but today I have decided to do it! Her name is Kelsey and she is at the front who is taking order! She is absolutely professional and needs a big applause! I wish I could get a manager to speak about her! Hope she gets a better place in the future! What a customer service !!! Keep it up young lady!

Always go here for breakfast. The sandwich they made me was a grilled cheese. It tasted off. Was not cooked properly. The drink was a matcha frappe didn't really taste the matcha mostly tasted like sugar with a hint of matcha. The staff was nice but taking your time has value.

The service was slow. It took 15 minutes to get three drinks. There was a line of people going through their drive thru and one of our drinks was the worst of any Starbucks or any coffee places we have received.
We originally reviewed this place over two years ago, but it looks like they pulled our review.

They covered all the outlets. Didn't really want a coffee, but came in and ordered because I needed a place to work for an hour then found out this is a coffee shop that's trying to discourage one of the most common reasons people go to a coffee shop?

Well my first experience here at this location wasn’t so pleasant on 12/11/2024 around 4:40pm
I work at the Dental office about 5 minutes away from this Starbucks. I stoped by to use the bathroom and order a hot tea before I head back to my side of town “henderson”
I asked to use the restroom before I place an order. I was in the restroom for about 3 minutes until one of the employees began to bang on the restroom door asking if everything was okay..
I was a bit confused and offended because I was in there for not even 3 minutes, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. When I came out the restroom I decided not to order anything but an ice water, the employee was so rude and loud banging on the door he had customers staring at me when I exited the restroom.. I don’t know what that was about but I felt offended and humiliated, TMI but I am on my menstrual cycle and felt rushed!! where are peoples manners and respect?
