Well my first experience here at this location wasn’t so pleasant on 12/11/2024 around 4:40pm
I work at the Dental office about 5 minutes away from this Starbucks. I stoped by to use the bathroom and order a hot tea before I head back to my side of town “henderson”
I asked to use the restroom before I place an order. I was in the restroom for about 3 minutes until one of the employees began to bang on the restroom door asking if everything was okay..
I was a bit confused and offended because I was in there for not even 3 minutes, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. When I came out the restroom I decided not to order anything but an ice water, the employee was so rude and loud banging on the door he had customers staring at me when I exited the restroom.. I don’t know what that was about but I felt offended and humiliated, TMI but I am on my menstrual cycle and felt rushed!! where are peoples manners and respect?

They had covered the plugs so that you cant charge anything. The employees said that corporate had the plugs covered. There was also a scary homeless guy just chillin in there shouting things at people and he knew the code to the women’s restroom and went in there for a while. The drinks and food were good but I felt unsafe and couldn’t get any work done because I thought I could charge my devices there so I had to leave.

Everything the same as your typical Starbucks but my barista actually mixed up my vanilla sweet cream cold brew before giving it to me. Made a huge difference in first sip. Thank you

I ordered a dark roast pull over. I took them 20 minutes to make the cthree. While the left the hot water cool off and the smell of the coffee the aroma, they helped different customers. And I finally after 40 minutes. I got my coffee. Which was cold.
