I stopped going to Starbucks years ago, because they only offered pikes after a certain time and I think its gross. I was in from out of town and they have a nice new machine here and offer 6 different kinds of fesh ground coffee all day.

It took a while to receive my order and when I received it, my coffee wasn't as hot as I would like but I didn't realize you could order it hotter. The reason for the five stars is because the energy and employees at this location is amazing. I happened to be here when the store manager was receiving an award and it made me realize how important great leadership is and that it reflects on the location.

This is not the first time I’ve ordered an Americano from this location in the afternoon and received something that tastes like hot water with a slight coffee color instead of an actual coffee. This is unacceptable. Each time I bring it up, I’m told to come back another day for a free drink, but I expect to receive the product I paid for at the time of purchase, not later. Charging for coffee and serving a low-quality, undrinkable drink is misleading to customers. The service quality at this location is consistently poor, and until this issue is properly addressed, I would not recommend this place.

I recently visited this Starbucks and ordered a coffee and a croissant. Unfortunately, it took a long time to get my croissant. When I asked Elliot about the delay, he not only seemed overwhelmed and unprofessional, but also made dismissive faces and treated me dismissively. He claimed he wasn’t responsible for the food and simply told me to be patient, which was not only unhelpful but also downright rude. This experience was disappointing and showed a serious lack of professionalism that I would not expect from a reputable establishment.P

The (female) cashier working today (September 21 at 1:10 PM) was extremely unprofessional. I have medical issues and need immediate access to the restroom. When I asked to use the restroom, she agreed and would have to open it for me. She took the order of the other customers that were in line after me. So, I asked again, and she said that the restrooms were for customers only and demanded I order first before allowing access. I ended up soiling myself, and she still made me wait. It wasn't until I asserted myself that she even bothered to acknowledge me. She stormed out of her work area (cash register) and finally opened (swung) and slammed the restroom door.

Double check your receipts when ordering here. They charged me for 4 drinks when I only ordered 2. The barista also only gave me one drink and I had to remind him that I ordered 2. They took forever to make the second one and it wasn’t even made correctly. Clearly they’re not paying attention here. I already contacted corporate.

Terrible customer service. They want to charge me $3.69 for steamed milk ( a large coffee is $3.50) which I understand bc of the labor and time involved. Then I asked for cold milk instead but they still want to charge $3.69 and said it’s the new policy unless they put the milk into my coffee then it’s free of charge. My issue with Starbucks is that each store brews different darkness of the coffee, sometimes it’s super dark and sometimes it’s very watery and light so I just want to add and adjust the milk to my liking! Most locations still provide milk on the side with no extra charge but this location is very strict and rude. I am moving on to a different location 2 blocks over.
