The (female) cashier working today (September 21 at 1:10 PM) was extremely unprofessional. I have medical issues and need immediate access to the restroom. When I asked to use the restroom, she agreed and would have to open it for me. She took the order of the other customers that were in line after me. So, I asked again, and she said that the restrooms were for customers only and demanded I order first before allowing access. I ended up soiling myself, and she still made me wait. It wasn't until I asserted myself that she even bothered to acknowledge me. She stormed out of her work area (cash register) and finally opened (swung) and slammed the restroom door.

Double check your receipts when ordering here. They charged me for 4 drinks when I only ordered 2. The barista also only gave me one drink and I had to remind him that I ordered 2. They took forever to make the second one and it wasn’t even made correctly. Clearly they’re not paying attention here. I already contacted corporate.

Terrible customer service. They want to charge me $3.69 for steamed milk ( a large coffee is $3.50) which I understand bc of the labor and time involved. Then I asked for cold milk instead but they still want to charge $3.69 and said it’s the new policy unless they put the milk into my coffee then it’s free of charge. My issue with Starbucks is that each store brews different darkness of the coffee, sometimes it’s super dark and sometimes it’s very watery and light so I just want to add and adjust the milk to my liking! Most locations still provide milk on the side with no extra charge but this location is very strict and rude. I am moving on to a different location 2 blocks over.

Hi Starbucks this your old regular Cameron. I stop by today July 20th 2025 I wanna say thank you. Thank you being dam awesome. Still the same people some are new and is sad but that’s A O Kay ☺️ I love how I started working at goodwill down at (2020) the street and I got my first paid in check and I went here buying 12 drinks for my coworkers holding by myself walking and crossing the street lol. Then I come in usually just too see the cool people Brandon and so many people but the I don’t remember names I hearing and seeing them see me and saying hello and everyone knew my usual drink was funny in giggle moment. The drink is constantly better like no other Starbucks barista. The place is safe zone for me to be stressed free. And I mean it when I come here now my mind feels like it rewind time for me to relax and enjoy no problems in my mind. I love here and when I became a dad I brought my daughter here to show everybody and seeing my baby girl made there day bright with a smile made me happiest man This place is full of energy of enjoyable memories and I will always go here when I want some Starbucks coffee. This is place is perfect.

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I asked for a cup of water and was told they don’t provide free water. As a long-time customer, I find this policy unacceptable. Water is a basic necessity, not a luxury. Every other Starbucks establishment has provided it without question on my personal experience. This experience made me feel that Starbucks prioritizes profit over customer care and basic hospitality. I hope they reconsider this approach in the future, as it reflects poorly on their brand. Thankfully Einstein Bros is right across the parking lot. Be better.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks every weekday for the last 7 months. They make my espresso just the way I like it…. Unfortunately today they chose $.70 up charge over loyalty. I’m not complaining about $.70, my issue is that for months I expect to pay a certain amount for my coffee. It’s giving…. McDonald’s charging for sauces, it’s now like it’s a nickel and dime business which is unfortunate. Do better Starbucks especially to the people that chose you over other coffee places.

Been coming here for years to decatur and sahara starbucks.Pulled in real quick for my mocha and couldn't turn around because we had a tour at hoover. But this is the first time my mocha tasted horrible. Very strong with coffee and bitter taste. The next 2 places I went was Charleston and Desert Inn. Mochas were perfect. I told the manager at desert inn about the Decatur Sarah taste. He didn't know what to say. But he comped my drink from Tuesday. This morning I went back to Decatur sahara and the drink came back bad again. They remade it. It was better. But still wasn't the same. I took it. Something is deffently going on at this store. I honestly don't know what. They had construction recently. I dont know if the water has been affected. Maybe this location received expired ingredients. Maybe the machines need a tune up or cleaned. I honestly don't know how to help them.

Cute little notes on the food and drinks made my Monday morning so I hope to make whoever left thems morning too by leaving this and saying they’re doing an amazing job :) Small actions like this can make a big impact on people who really need a smile and this person understands that, may no one ever dull their sparkle!
