Worst Starbucks ever. Carmel frappes did not taste like any other I've had in vegas at all. Not sure if it was lacking flavor or a whole other flavor entirely. If I didn't have my kids I would've brought it back for a remake or refund.

I came to this store and tried return the $30 Starbucks aluminum cup today at 9pm. The lady at cashier said “where did I get it?” If I not buy from here we can’t except it . It’s our store policy !! . I tried to explain from Starbucks policy I can do it any store with original receipt and she said it’s policy of just this only store only.The way she said it and acted was very rough & her action puts people down. I felt like I was doing something wrong. Then just walked away. I did not feel welcome & no kindness. I will never return shop again . I have been to so many Starbucks location is one is worst.

Quick Review:-Ordered my usual and it was made perfectly. Though no one really talked to me or greeted me, it wasn’t a terrible experience just no added warm and fuzzies lol.-Store was clean and orderly. Art on the wall was a nice touch. You don’t usually see “decorated” Starbucks often.-I thought it was cute they had social media shoutouts and feedback station.

This location needs a manager rehaul!!! I drove there after going to the location at Boca Park because I needed to have my drink remade, and the Boca Park location was closing for the day. So I looked to see which one was still open and there I was at the Decatur and Charleston store. I decided to call as I sat in the parking lot so that way the drink could be prepared ahead of getting in the drive thru line. A guy answers the phone and I tell him what happened with my drink and he says I have to let you speak to my manager. He puts me on hold, and a lady comes on the line, and I begin to tell her, and she can't hear me and hangs up. So I called right back and she answered the phone. I explained to her that I needed my drink remade, and she cut me off mid sentence and told me I had to go back to the Boca Park location. I explained that they are now closed but the drink is still cold because I had just bought it. She then tells me again that I have to go back there. I said no Starbucks policy is that I can have it remade at any location, and she hangs up in my face. I called back, and now the phone is busy, so I call again, and it rings, and it gets picked up and hung up. I called again and now it's busy. So I call the 1-800 number to find out the policy and as I'm talking to him a lady comes out to take trash to the dumpster while looking at me as I'm the only car in the lot on the phone looking right back at her. She walks fast back into the store, leaving the trash on the side of the dumpster. Guilty party, I assumed. But I found out that I was correct about the remake policy. I just headed back to my house because I didn't want spit or something in my drink. That lady has no customer service skills and should not even be a manager if she doesn't know company policies. I'd hate to see how the store is ran with managers like that. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Rude just flat out rude!!!

I went through drive thru and ordered caramel macchiato. Once leaving and mixing the drink it looked and tasted very milky. I called and the gentleman very nicely said to go back and they’ll remake it. So I did and while I waited another gentleman commented, “well that’s how you make it …” while he shrugged his shoulders and pretended like I wasn’t looking at him (or didn’t know) which in that case you just carry on and don’t comment. I did not feel valued as a customer as if I had the time to just lie and return a full drink just to get another free one. It’s my lunch and I certainly did not want to spend it back n forth at Starbucks but I sure do have time to leave this review. When a guest is in the establishment don’t talk about their experience while they’re there. At the very least wait until they leave. I go to school in the same shopping plaza so I come quite frequently. First bad experience.

Came for my birthday drink and they really went above and beyond for me today!! The stickers are very sweet, and really that extra mile that you just don't see people go as much anymore. Thank you!!The service is very good, they are quick, very polite and the restaurant and restrooms are very clean! LOVE THATWish there was more comfortable and convenient seating, but it's a small shop so it is okay.Thanks, Starbucks crew at Sahara and Decatur for making a girl feel special on her birthday ??
