This review is regarding Caesars Palace hotel and casino Las Vegas Nevada Starbucks location

For the amount of money it costs to stay at Caesars palace and for an iced vanilla latte venti and a caramel latte with cold foam and caramel lined in cup - $25! - you should at least get good service however that is not the case. Employees all look like they hate their job. Line was ridiculous and in most other Starbucks it moves fast but not here. They have no sense of urgency or customer service. Then when drinks were given to us after waiting almost 45 mins without the caramel sauce lined and we asked for them to fix it the gentleman said “ well if I have to “. Not the response we wanted to hear after waiting in ridiculous long line and paying over double what we have paid in our home state for the same drinks. The only saving grace there was the manager whom I spoke with briefly and was very apologetic and offered to remake our drinks. This Starbucks is terrible! Do not waste your money.

We ordered 2 drinks for $23. A grande Stawberry Açaí refresher and a caramel crunch Frappuccino.

Asked for a cup so we could pour our own water into it for our 1 year old. (Accidentally brought our open mouth bottle but left his behind) Lady wanted us to go back to purchase a cup. I was very put off with that comment especially after purchasing 2 grandes for $23, which I remarked.

After our first drink came out I decided to cancel the second. Went to the counter to find out because it was purchased on the app it couldn’t be refunded. Ended up getting the water cup for free.

If this establishment were truly customer service focused, they would’ve seen a mother accidentally forgetting to bring a cup for her toddler and trying to find a quick alternative.

I think it’s universal to acknowledge a customer when one walks up to the counter. But not here, 3 people immediately turned their backs including one running behind the silver door. When asked if the cash register is broken, I’m greeted with a mumbling response. Cash register wasn’t broken. She just had a personal call to take care of

Don't get the bacon, turkey egg white English muffin. It was disgusting. No flavor, a thin half slice or what they call turkey bacon and a rubbery English muffin. Not toasted, but super hot when it came out of their oven. $9.49. RIPOFF!!!!

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Mediocre. Grande Iced late. $11? I know it's Vegas but seriously.

I ordered an Americano but was charged for a Latte. I explained the details to the cashier who took my order, but they just made the drink into an Americano and handed it to me. There was no recognition of the price difference. It took more than 10 minutes for a manager to come and pay the difference using the system. Neither the manager nor the cashier said a word of apology. This is the worst Starbucks service in my life. The cashier with the black horn-rimmed glasses should reflect on his actions.

This Starbucks location is consistently disappointing. The prices are already high, but the service doesn’t match the cost. Baristas never seem particularly busy, yet my order is often incorrect.

Once, I placed a mobile order, and upon arriving, I was told the item had been sold out all morning. Instead of informing me earlier or offering a quick solution, they told me I had to contact Starbucks customer service for a refund. When I did, the customer service agent gave me a hard time about it as well—making the entire experience even more frustrating.

When ordering food, they carelessly toss condiments into the bag and place the warmed-up sandwich right on top—leaving me with melted cheese stuck to condiment packets. It’s unsanitary and shows a lack of attention to detail.

Management needs to retrain the staff, especially if they’re going to charge premium prices. Forum Shops management should also take note of the subpar service and step in to ensure a better experience for customers.

The manager at this Starbucks promised me a refund after over charging me. It has been over a month, and despite calling corporate every week, I still haven't received my money. My order was $51, but I was charged $85. The manager supposedly reimbursed my account on 2/20/25, yet the refund has not been processed. Corporate has been no help. Very disappointed with this company.

Double the price of other Starbucks locations, got 2 out of 3 drinks WRONG, gave major attitude when we told them the drinks were wrong, and there were chewed up gum in the snack box. What more to say.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been. The Hygiene is so bad that caused me a stomachache after having the drinks. And the worst part is a woman (see the attached photo) seems like the supervisor or manager is a terrible person with poker face, very unfriendly and very mean to customers; no wonder no any staff with smiles here.

Over $12 for a venti shaken oat milk and over $11 for venti pink drink, $1 for water. This is more overpriced than the Rosemary Beach, Fl location and twice the price of an average location.

Honestly , horrible treatment people literally roll their eyes at you as you are ordering , I asked for an iced coffee and it was their fault they gave me a hot one, I politely told them that I ordered an iced coffee and the barista rolled her eyes and gave me the hot coffee in a cup of ice , for a $15 dollar coffee you would expect for the service to be elevated and also the location! I will never waste my money or my time on this disgusting place . I ended up throwing the coffee away because of how unappetizing it was . Very disappointed especially because I was so kind and even tipped them because I understand how the service community works but it was just a very horrid experience.
