Double the price of other Starbucks locations, got 2 out of 3 drinks WRONG, gave major attitude when we told them the drinks were wrong, and there were chewed up gum in the snack box. What more to say.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been. The Hygiene is so bad that caused me a stomachache after having the drinks. And the worst part is a woman (see the attached photo) seems like the supervisor or manager is a terrible person with poker face, very unfriendly and very mean to customers; no wonder no any staff with smiles here.

Over $12 for a venti shaken oat milk and over $11 for venti pink drink, $1 for water. This is more overpriced than the Rosemary Beach, Fl location and twice the price of an average location.

Honestly , horrible treatment people literally roll their eyes at you as you are ordering , I asked for an iced coffee and it was their fault they gave me a hot one, I politely told them that I ordered an iced coffee and the barista rolled her eyes and gave me the hot coffee in a cup of ice , for a $15 dollar coffee you would expect for the service to be elevated and also the location! I will never waste my money or my time on this disgusting place . I ended up throwing the coffee away because of how unappetizing it was . Very disappointed especially because I was so kind and even tipped them because I understand how the service community works but it was just a very horrid experience.

The staff didn't know what a breve is, gave me a 16oz instead of a 12oz and forgot my peppermint flavor. My sons' hot chocolate tasted like water.

If a sandwich is unavailable, it should be marked as out of stock during the payment process. Instead, they let me complete the payment and only gave me 2 out of the 3 sandwiches I ordered. I waited, but the last one never came. When I asked why, they told me it wasn’t available. Seriously, what am I supposed to do with that? They should have informed me earlier. All I got was a rude “Anything else?” attitude. Only when I asked again did they finally tell me to pick something else. Terrible service. Don’t go here.

Most terrible Starbucks in the US. Waiting 45 minutes for the order, and they just missed it! Personal was rude and unprofessional!!!! I have never met ruder employees in any establishment in the world! As a result, they added a 3rd dose of sugar to my order, and I lost almost an hour of time and nerves! I will never order anything from Starbucks again!!!

Very slow, and there's an unmarked, unexplained "priority" service where some entitled guests are allowed to just cut the line. So, the line is even longer than you think.

Does not even deserve a one star we ordered lactose free drink and I know starbucks carry non lactose milk but I guess they need more training so they can offer lactose free. The staff said that non fat is lactose free so I asked to changed my milk to coconut- Customer needs drinks that they can enjoy and they need to know why lactose free, should a customer state reason why?! Will not recommend this place even staff they are rude here-
This store does not even deserve my 1 star rude cashier unfriendly and I ordered lactose free but they said yes and still gave me a non fat dairy product- wish the staff knows what their product is and don’t lie to their customers” her side comment was O my God” I guess they don’t care if their customer says lactose free and reason why behind it- will not bother to come to this uncaring Starbucks place ever.
I’ve been here before in the past, but it’s been awhile and I forgot what the pricing was here. A grande iced coffee is under $5 at any normal Starbucks, but here it’s almost double because of being located inside Caesars. That’s not the reason for this two star review though. The black girl was rude with me despite me only asking simple questions on how much a grand iced black coffee and grande cold brew were. Then she tells me they close in an hour when I tell her I’ll stop by a little later. But she tells me with a bit of attitude. The other comments about their customer service being unsatisfactory are spot on with what I just experienced. Stay away from this Starbucks!

It's Starbucks in Las Vegas. Over priced vs any other Starbucks outside Vegas. It's the same crappy coffee. Don't waste your money and go literally anywhere else, there are many other options that taste significantly better.
