This is a nice Starbucks, the staff are courteous and helpful and the coffee is the best, I would definitely recommend going here, and it's not too far from my house, and it's easy to find.

Went last night had a big order for my family. Usually the workers are really nice and polite when i go durning the day but last night i went and got attended by a different girl. I did not feel welcomed at all and felt like she was bothered i made such a big order, i made sure to tell her thank you multiple times since i felt like i was an inconvenience both times i was completely ignored which i felt was extremely rude definitely not a nice experience. I originally gave this a 1 star but spoke to the store manager Maria and she was extremely nice and understanding so I will take back the 1 star rating.

Helpful and enthusiastic staff with a clean environment along with all the standard Starbucks accoutrements. The drive-thru can be a nightmare, really consider just going in and getting a drink, it would make things so much easier on everyone. Their online orders come out super fast and they even have the souvenir Las Vegas Starbucks cups.

Store always has excellent friendly demeanor even when dealing with less than friendly clientele(if you will). Inside dining area kept well + bathrooms surprisingly kept available & yet still cleanly… you’d of thought it to be impossible on this side of town!

I don’t come to Starbucks as often anymore since it’s under new ownership but this is just ridiculous. I found myself on the wrong side of town and went here for a snack and some water. I just went to a Starbucks where I purchased tap water the other day but apparently here you’re not allowed to buy tap water you MUST buy bottled water. But I wanted ice so they said they’d give me a free ice with the purchase of a bottled water… seems like more plastic waste to me. They people kept apologizing but I felt it was insincere and a little as if they were profiling me for not being a “customer” when I was TRYING to buy something. How about instead of enforcing baseless rules you can try training employees to make the situation right again. Because this certainly was the WORST experience I’ve had in a Starbucks after discovering I had to pay for a tap water with my coffee 😒
ALSO they’re bathroom doesn’t have a working soap dispenser so I wonder how clean this establishment is 🤢

I had came the day before and ordered a iced Pecan crunch oatmilk latte, the drink tasted very watered down. I called and a kind girl answered the phone and offered me a remake for the next day. This morning I came into the cafe and spoke with maria about getting my drink remade, she was asking me questions and made smart remarks, She asked me who i talked to on the phone i told her i wasnt sure, but that i called around 7pm and spoke to a girl the day before.She said that was not helpful, which i feel was unnecessary, and if she needed to know so bad im sure she could’ve checked the schedule herself, i get it i should’ve asked for her name but i didnt think i had to. next she asked me what was wrong i let her know the drink tasted watered down and she said “thats weird because we only add oatmilk” I know she had to ask questions but the way she was talking to me and the comments she made felt like she was insinuating that I was just trying to get a free drink, it wasnt till i showed her my receipt that she decided she would “honor” the remake. Im not a confrontational person so just waited for my drink and left, not how i wanted to start my day.

Great music selection, the atmosphere here is very nice they keep the place clean and the staff is very friendly. My family and I appreciate the friendly and kind vibe the baristas and manager gave us as soon as we walked in.
Kid-friendliness: Brought my kids and our little fur babies and the restaurant staff was kind and friendly. They offered them some cute litte treats which we really appreciated.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have great parking selection.
