Waited 30 minutes for one drink, then when I got my drink it tasted like trash .. staff was rude and all had bad attitudes. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. If there was negative 100 starts I would give them that!

literally some of the worst customer service i’ve ever experience every. single. time. the workers all have such nasty attitudes it’s insane. they will be all mad and snap at you even if it’s their fault and they got your drink wrong. I only come here because it’s on my way to work but I will be switching locations.

This location gets extremely busy! I go here because my home location is under construction and I was pleased with the wait time even with the heavy traffic. There was a customer in the drive-thru behind me and I could hear them being rude and the barista was still kind and professional! 10/10
