Do not purchase here. Every time I try, app tells me 10 min and when I get there, a crowd of folks are standing around angry because it has been 45 min. Last time I asked for a refund and was told they cant do that but will cancel my order which does the same thing. No! It sid not, I left and paid for nothing. Starbucks app has no options for refunds or disputes. Not worth my time to hunt down $15. Will not be back and advise you learn to like a different coffee place.
I get the same drink every time & for some reason my total was different i said something & the girl looked at me silly . Drink was wrong & then this ain’t even a big deal but how you spell my name wrong & i spelled It out to you 2 times 🤣. That’s what her friends should of been over there laughing at 🤣☹️
Was told the app was unavailable to scan for points, 10$ for a small caramel frap is a joke
& cashier was rude
I was missing an item - I showed her the receipt and she REFUSED to make the item that was not there for me. I had to REORDER and pay twice.

terrible. i waited nearly 20 minutes for a matcha just for it to be made wrong and 20 people were served before me. i then ordered a new drink and waited more than 15. there’s 5 people working but only one making drinks. Ended up having to get a refund and didn’t even give a refund for the right drink.
You would think with a convention coming in they would staff up. Not the case. My last time at starbucks.

My sister and I ordered here yesterday, ordered separate. Both of our orders were wrong. The breakfast sandwiches were fine. We both ordered iced English breakfast tea lattes. Mine came hot and hers came not latted. The people working there were fine, polite, not super friendly, nothing out of the way of average.

I just bought some souvenirs from Las Vegas and because I didn't want to pay the 18% more tip for a 300dl purchase. They charged my card twice. They told me it was declined! And they made me swipe the card again. So be aware of their charges for the app when you don't leave a tip (absurd) because they will tell you that it didn't happen. And now calling the bank and them acting crazy for not wanting to return the purchase. So be careful.... with the service guys. It's your strategy.!!!!

This Starbucks has two types of employees. Workers and malingerers. The workers are the person at the register and the pesos making frozen drinks.
The malingerers unfortunately handled my mobile order reluctantly after I asked what was taking so long??
I’m a daily Starbucks consumer. This team lacks supervision. The poor service wasn’t a question of training. The malingerers knew their jobs, but just couldn’t be bothered to fill the mobile orders coming in. The line was lengthy and I watched many individuals place their orders and walk off while I still waited. When I finally asked, the young person with black braided hair began working on the mobile orders but was clearly pissed. No apology was offered. Just apathy. Just Bad

Scanned my app but never received points so clearly she didn’t scan it only pretended too on top of the drinks were not the best at all very watery and not to mention the whipped cream tasted horrible like it was maybe expired would expect better but guess I was wrong will not be going back here
