Waiting at drive thru for 33 mins (No exaggeration either) before they even took my order. Made a hot drink when I asked for ice. Im just in shock over their horrendously bad serive.
I ordered a oatmeal espresso it was not even full and the taste was horrible I couldn't come back to change it but definitely I am not coming back here...
I dont mind giving tips but definitely asking for a tip when they are not following recipes or doing the perfect cup of coffee is a shame... paying with card shouldn't be asked for tips.. not been able to start my day with a delicious cup of coffee ruined my day , so mad
Placed a large order this morning for pickup. We use this location very often and this was quite a surprise. All the cups were filled 3/4 full. Not even remotely close to the top of the cup. Lets put a ton of whipped cream to make it look deceiving. The order was $45. Prices are already high but give us what we pay for. The whipped cream didn't even touch the lid that's how little they filled the cups. Do better, we are catching onto you short changing your customers
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Asked for my money back after waiting a ridiculous amount of time. I asked for my order and the Barista was more concerned about dancing instead of making my order. She had it started but after l inquired she picked it up but then started other orders and left me waiting some more. She had attitude!
I've been to hundreds of Starbucks but it only takes 1 bad apple!
Very lagged time in making our drinks and the two baristas had a very bad attitude. Name on my cup incorrect and when asked , she stated “ it’s on the ticket!” Please train your employees to be efficient and courteous. Oh, and listen for correct name to place on cup.
I haven't tried any of the food here but I've had lots of drinks and they're all made great and they'll do things pretty exactly as you ask. I've only seen like a few problems ever with people's drinks. It's expected....I mean when someone asks for 15 extra things and they're a sprouts (healthy) shopper...yeah things can go wrong. Its a bit small for a Starbucks so get in there early or dont expect a seat to chill on all day. Its always pretty busy when I get there or cars start piling up and people start coming in.
I visit this place every day!! And their staff is very special! Thank you for such delicious coffees!!!🥰😍

For a great iced coffee I recommend the iced vanilla latte with caramel drizzle and whip 😋

STARBUCKS is and will always be the best cup of Java you can buy. My new drink is the Pistachio Iced Coffee with Coconut Milk and add the Pistachio Cold Foam to top it off.
There’s this blonde girl with tattoos and she’s always very negative. When I go to Starbucks she shouldn’t have to bring my mood down just because she’s not having a good day.
They always give me wrong my order or missing something, when i try to let them know is always attitude
The people are super nice and they know how to make coffee the way I like it. I never have to wait too long. I usually get a cold brew with no sweetener and they never ever mess up and put sweetener in it like other places in town. Thanks, Starbucks!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent visit to your Starbucks location.
This marks my second experience at this particular store, and unfortunately, my order was again not prepared as requested. On this occasion, I specifically asked for my drink to have light ice. However, to my disappointment, I received a cup filled almost entirely with ice, leaving me with only a few sips of the actual beverage. Given that my order totaled $5, this was quite disheartening.
I appreciate the effort and hard work your team puts into providing quality service, but I hope this feedback can help improve future experiences for myself and other customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to enjoying a properly prepared drink on my next visit.
