We had the best customer service experience at this location! Davian is a rockstar and sets the barista bar super high- he went above and beyond when one of the items we ordered was out of stock, and was overall very kind and attentive. The whole team was great and our food and drinks were perfect. Wish we lived closer, I’d frequent this location daily if I could!

I was handed my drink and thought it was pretty light. When I opened it this is how much milk was missing. Wish it could’ve been topped off with milk since I’m already paying $6.28 for a tall drink.

im sorry but how can they mess up a drink so many times ..😐 I literally went there 3 times because it’s the closest to my home and all those times, the drinks are horrible. its almost as if they can’t read, I specifically put “light cold foam” they filled up half the drink with cold foam..light ice, the drink is filled with ice lol like step up the way you make your drinks. I just threw away the drink they made because it’s just so bad.😭😭

Went in for a morning coffee and breakfast sandwich before work. Abby is very nonchalant never ask is there anything else that she can assist with I ask for a sriracha pack and it was thrown as she was talking to a gentleman that was standing.

I will never go back to Charleston and Rainbow location not great customer service we spend $100 plus every single morning before start working that’s the closest one at our Dealership so all our Managers and Salespeople purchase coffee on that location today I don’t appreciate the Attitude ,

I like this location, service is good. But the music is too loud. It’s very distracting early in the morning. I have to sit in my car to eat breakfast.

Monsters Inc Club

Waiting at drive thru for 33 mins (No exaggeration either) before they even took my order. Made a hot drink when I asked for ice. Im just in shock over their horrendously bad serive.

I ordered a oatmeal espresso it was not even full and the taste was horrible I couldn't come back to change it but definitely I am not coming back here...
I dont mind giving tips but definitely asking for a tip when they are not following recipes or doing the perfect cup of coffee is a shame... paying with card shouldn't be asked for tips.. not been able to start my day with a delicious cup of coffee ruined my day , so mad

Placed a large order this morning for pickup. We use this location very often and this was quite a surprise. All the cups were filled 3/4 full. Not even remotely close to the top of the cup. Lets put a ton of whipped cream to make it look deceiving. The order was $45. Prices are already high but give us what we pay for. The whipped cream didn't even touch the lid that's how little they filled the cups. Do better, we are catching onto you short changing your customers

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Asked for my money back after waiting a ridiculous amount of time. I asked for my order and the Barista was more concerned about dancing instead of making my order. She had it started but after l inquired she picked it up but then started other orders and left me waiting some more. She had attitude!
I've been to hundreds of Starbucks but it only takes 1 bad apple!

Very lagged time in making our drinks and the two baristas had a very bad attitude. Name on my cup incorrect and when asked , she stated “ it’s on the ticket!” Please train your employees to be efficient and courteous. Oh, and listen for correct name to place on cup.

I haven't tried any of the food here but I've had lots of drinks and they're all made great and they'll do things pretty exactly as you ask. I've only seen like a few problems ever with people's drinks. It's expected....I mean when someone asks for 15 extra things and they're a sprouts (healthy) shopper...yeah things can go wrong. Its a bit small for a Starbucks so get in there early or dont expect a seat to chill on all day. Its always pretty busy when I get there or cars start piling up and people start coming in.
